does anyone know if digital onahooole plans to make anymore games? specifically like this one or their other release Paio hazard? because other than a few new drawings on their pixiv, I haven't seen anymore new content or plans to make more

No idea, since digital onahooole didn't post many games.
On DLsite,there are only 2 games, Paio Hazard and this one.
Its a shame, since I loved Paio Hazard, I just wish that it had any pregnancy mechanic and not only game overs

so how tf did u manage to get that save? saving doesn't work. (at least for me)

umm theres a save folder in ur game directory u need to put it in there after extracting
