No idea, since digital onahooole didn't post many games.
On DLsite,there are only 2 games, Paio Hazard and this one.
Its a shame, since I loved Paio Hazard, I just wish that it had any pregnancy mechanic and not only game overs

umm theres a save folder in ur game directory u need to put it in there after extracting
