I don't care if she's "torn" or if she feels guilty after getting caught. If we're together, I should be her top priority. To me what she did is basically on the same level as infidelity - for years - like from the start of our relationship. I don't care if she felt bad about it sometimes.

If you ask me, you don't have to pick a side, the main plot It is Humans, against, forces of Darkness sided by Corrupted Humans, the Towabouhu, and Riot what is going on in the thread, is just about which Ally you should pick, and since Assasins Creed is so popular almost everyone decided that the Templars are the Incarnation of Evil, about the Allied Factions there could be 3 / Templars,/ Alfar / and maybe a 3rd (Fiona or Elea) independent of these.Just decided to play this game. Time to search and read the thread for topics I'm curious on. With my choices, I only had like 3 out of 7 scenes, and I'm not disappointed because of how good the story is, for me.

You can only decide in how you want to expierience the Story and with whom.

FEIW my feelings about the Templars have nothing to do with Assassins Creed. I never played it. Coming into this, my assumption would be that the Templars are good. My reaction is based purely on this story.

I, at this point, do not trust any of the organizations, they're too entrenched in their own bullshit to be objective. I can maybe trust Medb to be honest with me because Finn would have wanted that, but I for one am very happy that the main crux of the story is that you're an outsider coming into this and seeing the very obvious stupid from all the factions from the start.
Linnae can dress it up however she wants, 'not the norm' is just code for saying 'I'm sorry that we're bad at covering up our dysfunction this week'.
It honestly does seem like the only sane one is the MC, which is fine with me.

I wouldn't go that far yet. Yes she shared some personal stuff, but she shared nothing of strategic importance (rightfully so). I'm honestly surprised she/they let the MC go at all, it's kinda a stupid move if they are going to war anyway. Medb I could sorta understand, personal connection and all that... but the king and queens? Come on. They lost one of their trump cards when daddy was released and another one pops up voluntarily in his place. You don't let a political hostage walk away like that (whether you like him personally or not is irrelevant) on the brink of war without getting something in return.
