Guys. Use fresh save. Go to the debug menu and select version 1.5. I swear, I have to say this every update. Greek and Christina's phone numbers are probably overlapping because you never did the Christina side quest. Don't use old saves to play new versions.

Walkthrough – Version 1.5
-If you don’t have a save file, you can use the cheat menu and click on “New Gameplay – Version 1.5” to jump straight into the new content.
-Dream Scene - Clicking on the door. This dream will continue in the next update — for now, just play through it (maybe save) and wake up.
-Head to Vasyl’s bar, talk to Boris, then use the telephone to call the Greek.
-After the call, click on the Greek warehouse on the map.
-Go inside, talk to the Greek, and then use the car he gives you.
-Click on the marked spot where you're told to stand and take a photo.
-When talking to Tuna and Roman you’ll get a choice with two options:
-First option gives you +20 death.
-Second option invites Tuna and Roman to the party — this leads to a scene where they’re having fun with one of the Pink Flamingo girls.
-Click on the map again, and go visit Missy. Note: if you visit Pink Flamingo before this, Missy will leave and you’ll miss her scene.
-After Missy, go back and pick up the money from your office table (objective). Then play through the Kay scenes.
-Click on the car again, go to Pink Flamingo.
-Go into Kostya’s office and use the passport photo on him.
-You’ll get a choice:
-Stay for the party if you want to see Lana’s scenes.
-Leave if you want to skip that part.
-Use the door of Anna’s video store to finish the update.

I must be stupid, but I can't interact with the door of Vasyl's Bar. Started a new game -> new gameplay - version 1.5 -> go through dream hallway -> click door -> exit bedroom -> Gina asks for a ride downtown -> I take her -> go to Vasyl's bar -> nothing is interactable there except phonebooth, but address book is empty.

>Go to the top left of the map which takes you to the back area then interact with the leftmost blue door and talk to Boris, who then gives you Greek's number.
>Come back to the front then head over to the phone.
Also the Greek and Christina numbers overlapping issue is either caused by old saves or a bug with doing the Christina events earlier in the game. The only guaranteed way to avoid it as of now is to start a new game and jump directly to 1.5 content. It's possible starting over and playing up to that point will fix it but no one has confirmed it yet. Until Mr Toad releases a fix or someone confirms it's caused by old saves, this is how you fix whatever this bug happens to be.

On the first screen upon entering Vasyl's bar, don't go to the front entrance. Instead, go to the top left of the screen through the open gate. The scene will change, and you'll see another door leading to 'storage'.

I managed not to have any phone number overlap bugs even using an old save, but I also had called Christina prior. I flipped around old saves afterward just to try to break the game, and the only glitch I got was an overlap bug on the map. One with Greek's Warehouse and the Pink Flamingo, another with multiple instances of Vasyl's bar. Funny enough, both bugs weren't soft locking, as the name, 'Greek's Warehouse' is longer than 'Pink Flamingo' so I was able to single out clicking on Greek's Warehouse by highlighting the 'ouse' in 'Warehouse' on the right of the text. You might be able to do the same thing with the Phone Book bug; just highlight Christina's number and play out here scene, then call Greek.

started a new game and had no issues with the phone call to greek afterwards...you can skip ahead with the cheat menu if you dont wanna play the whole game again

where's the issue with that lmao? are you self inserting as her? sounds like you're self inserting as the girl and acting like the men are giving you backshots lmao. Also dont think Raven fucked a single man so far.
so is this a sharing/swinging type of game? I rembere there was a choice for Gina (I think) or another girl to suduce another man does this choice locks her path?
I have the same problem, Cristina/Greek numbers overlapp each other. Im not used any old saves, this on my first playthrough.
So far it hasn't been the focus of the game but it has happened and could be the most optimal choice (from my understanding of the game) I think it was once.
Can be avoided so it really depend on your tolerance for it.
