That depends on your antivirus. Some of them immediately assumes all .bat files and all .sh files are viruses.
Yes, you've applied the wrong version. 0.6a of the game is only in beta at the moment, not officially released and is fully of bugs/missing content (no animation on sex, for example). If you apply v1.8 of the chat, it won't work due to the massive rewrite/reformatting of the code. If you want to apply the cheat, please use the 1.9beta versions posted here. Make sure to apply them onto fresh copies of the game (i.e. don't apply them onto a copy where you've already applied a cheat to).
No...kind of. Mostly because I don't have a mac I can test it on. But the linux/shell version can work if you know a few things.
- The path. You have to put it in AND RUN IT from within the .app. So the path would look something like this:
- /Users/<username>/Downloads/TheNullHypothesis.app/Contents/Resources/autorun/game/
- This is assuming, of course, that the game is in the downloads folder.
- You need to install "wget" before you run it as the linux version downloads the latest rpatool if it doesn't exist.

That shows RPAtool didn't extract the archive.rpa file for some reason. I'm legitimately confused as to why that is because for the windows version, rpatool is embedded as part of the .bat file. And if rpatool runs into an error, it should say why.

Don't think that's my cheat mod. My mod doesn't touch the animations. If, somehow, the animations are game state/variable dependent, that's mostly likely a bug in the game itself. The betas are also full of bugs and are not ready for general public use. If this is an intended feature, I'd have to look at what RonChon did.
I did some testing and it seems like the speed up only happens when you're "in a threesome". Since this is a beta, I'm not too inclined to troubleshoot further as this might be an incomplete/buggy feature especially since animations have not fully been implemented. My theory is that, due to incomplete implementation of threesomes, the delay between animation frames is set to 0 or undefined, causing said turbo speed. This normally wouldn't show up without the cheat because you're not allowed to have threesomes in the normal game.
For the time being, unless you're bug hunting, I'd recommend avoiding the beta releases or play acknowledging that things will break.
But to directly answer your question, if my theory is correct, the only way fix this is to properly and/or completely implement the animation. Which, yeah, is called "making the game".
The TLDR is, this is a beta. Hurry up and wait for the stable release.

I'm aware beta's tend to be buggy, it wasn't meant as complaint. I have no clue about coding / modding, so I had no idea if a fix was feasible or not. It's completely understandable not wanting to mess with it (yet).

Thank you. I couldn't tell by the tone so I crafted my answer to address both approaches, but also to answer the question for anyone else that might be reading.
I would prefer the second option.
I would want to power up my character (partially, as I see fit), then still go through the regular plot & level progression of the game as written.
I have good news and bad news for you. The bad news is that I've already implemented this. You're a bit late to the party. The good news is the second option is what I already implemented this. It's currently only in the beta version of the cheat injector (cause, duh) but once the current version is out of beta, I'll formalize the beta version.

Okay, so this is just speculation. But I've been seeing a more than average amount of people going "I redownloaded it and it's working fine now". There might be something going on with networks and ISP's. It's possible that the copy you got was corrupted somehow (network break, permissions changed, lost packets).
As long as its working, I'm not worried, but if this happens to you on other things,you mind consider asking your ISP to check your internet for data corruption, lost packets, etc.
turn out ron have little update version for final 6a, i use beta of beta because im tester because of that its not working and he give me earlier version of beta that get error and i use the earlier version only that the injector work because the final beta its not public ron said that. now final version 6a already out in discord so yeah turn out ron playing with coding. I also don't think my isp gonna do that because sadly all company in my country have really bad customer service. In the end thank you as always for helping
