As long as they're not request to see characters naked I have no problem answering questions I've answered. I don't go searching through the pages of other forums, I don't expect others to do so.
Yes. We have plans for characters who are plain, childish, mature, and downright slutty. Their underwear and fashion in general will reflect this.
There will be a shop and all of that underwear will eventually be introduced into the game if it's not there at launch.

I would love it if certain situations make them embarrassed (for example, if you talk them into wearing embarrassing or revealing clothes). Can you imagine some of the other X-Men bumping into them and look dumbfounded as they ask the girl "Um... Jean? What the heck are you wearing?"

It would be interesting to see how much the PC can change/influence the cast. Like having Laura wear a bright pink summer dress.
Also when you say don't talk about dates because it can cause confusion, what you mean is we all come together on a date and spam the forum so you have no choice but to surrender the release or face disappointment.

It's been mentioned that girls and other characters will be pissed off if you cheat.
I meant more in the context of them "hanging out" when you're not around. Also perhaps other interactions, aside from just them 'getting mad'

Tried the 0.3c, it looks promising! Btw, I hope there's an accessibility setting plan which disables flashing (like in the prologue - bathroom stall) or whatever else effects you all have planned. Thanks. Can't wait to see more of this!

You mean hanging out as in getting dick from anyone but your character? There won't be cheating, but if you don't do the usual romance with the gal, she'll eventually get laid.
Basically, no cheating, but you lose some of that initial romance - Shiny says there'll be chances to gain their favor again even if you miss out on their initial content.
Or at least make 'em black so they're not annoying to us, the players.
Shiny, you can pass this to the team; make the flashes be annoying to the character, we're supposed to be aware that something's wrong - but you shouldn't make it to us, we're just expectators.

I throw all the important details such as their powers, beliefs, life experiences, ect for writers to consult.
Currently, there's a binary. You encourage their quirk or you don't. The characters will behave very differently. I'll note ahead of time that some quirks make it harder to push some girls to do certain things.
Encouraging Laura and Jean's quirks makes it harder to exert dominance. Enabling Rogue makes it easier. I won't spoil how or why and this will be the only instance I mention this tidbit.
The team has mentioned in discussion several times that as our understanding of the code expands that we will go back and tweak and change things. Better presentation, improved art, and updated character dialogue. Anything to make the experience better.
Some girls will reveal your infidelity, some won't. Depends on if they are friends. Some girls won't reveal it at all. Some girls will post all about it on social media.

As for what they do when you're not around? If two girls are in a polyamorous relationship with you, some of them will lez out with each other.
Other times they'll just talk about girl stuff, gossip, or talk about their personal lives. People who want to have a harem of 20ish girls! Remember to give them the dick equally! They will be jealous if you're favoring just like 3 of them XD.
I believe so. Elements of that mod have been repurposed but to my knowledge that mod acted differently from base RLE so it's not surprising that we expanded.

As mentioned above there will never be any NTR. But if you outright ignore Jean for 6 years(The current planned timeline of events in the game) She's not gonna wait around for you and be a 27-year-old virgin. The relationships she attempts in the meantime will ultimately fail so that she can be available for you to date.
I will note that in most cases this will not be the case if you choose the platonic route for their stories. Most girls will be pining for you and hoping you make a move. Especially if you're in a polyamorous relationship with at least 2 other characters because that means she'll have a chance.
The reason for this is because on Earth-69 a lot of the dudes establish relationships from alternate continuities. Gambit and his wife never divorced, Scott actually chooses to be a good husband and stays with Madeline Prior, Nightcrawler and his girlfriend work out their relationship issues, Colossus doesn't perv on an underaged Kitty and starts a relationship with another Russian hero before Kitty is legal.
This is one of the few unnecessary deviations from the 616 universe mostly because I was outvoted in having you all having to deal with girls hooking up with their canon relationships because you chose not to pursue them as well as the team still not wanting to have the dudes die alone and unloved. So I scoured the multiverse to find characters that were compatible. I did the research and this won't alter the core narrative of the game. Other than Madeline Prior never becoming the Goblin Queen.
If you skip out on their platonic route it basically becomes a traditional dating sim. Many of their stories will reward you with relationship points because of shared trauma and you showed you're reliable.
If you ignore them... They barely know who you are beyond a teammate that's done well for the X-Men. So you'll be wining and dining them the old-fashioned way.

Good, don't let your own code control how you manage the game. Lots of developers don't think ahead and that screws everyone.

I love when the mechanic of caring for a harem gets in the way of just normal life, so I'm curious to see how the game does it.
It's mostly dependent on screen and enviroment. During the day it's whatever, but at night it's headache inducing.
I gotta say, not my favourite writing technique, but I don't see any other way of making it work without envolving them cheat on their boyfriends of husbands. And I don't like that either.
I like this detail, a lot. I've mentioned doing the same in a game I worked on - it'd be cool to see how that's introduced if every girl shows that want in a different way.

I'm unsure about his body, and face. Shiny used to say that there were no plans to show him at all, don't know if that'll ever change - but you can still choose his skin colour, even going with the comical green pigment.
We can't really customize his appearance in any other way.
I think giving the MC some personality might be a good thing for the narrative. Its easier to belive in a relationship when there is a second person in a relationship.
Nope. Polyamory means everyone is dating each other. So if you start dating Rogue and Laura... They'll be dating each other as well. That means they may potentially have sex while you're not around or go on a date if you're busy.
Not every girl is bi and there are girls who simply don't like each other enough to even consider it.
But ultimately it's all about consent. Girls are mostly fine if you tell them about your interest in another girl. Though having a bunch of hookup sex behind their back is going to lead to hurt feelings.
You have the option of setting boundaries. I'd say more protective than controlling. This is a world where giant robots hunt down mutants on the daily.

Yes, yes it is. A lot of writers went around retconning rape into a lot of female heroes' backstories and portraying some as underaged prostitutes. Heck the most recent New Mutants movie injected child molestation by slenderman looking motherfuckers into Magik's origin story when her captor was just an emotionally hostile demon in the comic.

It's been explained but as I say, I don't mind repeating myself.
The player character has a dynamic personality system.
Most options offer three options.
1. Are you Determined and Confident?
2. Are you reluctant or afraid?
3. Are you pissed the fuck off or bitter about your situation?
Characters will react to this with additional reactions based on if you're consistent or inconsistent. Some characters will even notice if you choose one archetype continuously and then suddenly start choosing another.
Example. You're reluctant for the first chapter but start choosing confident-sounding options. People will be happy that you seem to be getting a better handle on things. Though if you choose bitter, then people will think you're coping even worse.
If you choose confident and then something fucked up happens characters will react appropriately if your emotional state afterward is reluctant or bitter.
While we're not Bioware, you can very much be a model hero or an anti-hero from the beginning of the game. Or an anti-hero that starts becoming more heroic. Or a boy scout that falls from grace.
The main story will always remain the same with little variation in outcomes but how it affects you and how characters respond to you can change the tone in a very noticeable way.
We also have plans for girls to react to specific personalities. I'll add the note that girls won't be bored if you're not their favorite archetype. Some will be curious, some will seek to change you. Either as a corruptive influence or as a more experienced member of the hero community wanting to prevent you from going down a dark path.
None of this is new info that I've shared and trust me hearing about it and seeing it in action are two different things.
But again, we're not Bioware. Don't expect something like the ability to kill off Magneto mid-game and never seeing him again.
