Several players and testers have confirmed that they were able to get both the girls and the player to get off with just the first set of heavy petting.
Sure can, although on my second play-through I've decided not to let the MC finish that way as it does seem a little odd to be doing mostly clothed heavy petting, and then suddenly whip your dick out to unload on a suspiciously convenient towel. I was able to get the girls off as long as I can rub some of the fun bits through her clothes.

This does make me think that while Null may not be addictive like Zero, he still has something more to him that he can get girls off that easy. Either that or girls with the X-gene are more orgasmicly (is that a word?) sensitive than mundane women - that's not likely to go over well with half the population when they find out "Wait, so they get super powers, and have an easy time getting off? How is that fair?"

How do i know how far i can go in sex scenes ?
I have no idea how much love/trust "unlocks" certain sex scenes.
Just try all the available options. Asking once doesn't punish you. Just don't ask a second time. If you make a mistake you can just use the back button.

"Listen, I was perfectly fine with the super powers okay? A hot day in summer and that Iceman guy froze a fountain on his way home, amazing fella. I was a-okay with them when they started to come up from the sewers and that weird bone lady tried to stab me with a femur. I was perfectly okay with mutants even when the known terrorist picked up my recently bought car and threw it towards a bunch of other mutants, I was fine when the guy who shoots lasers blew it up to high heavens.

But this? Enough is enough, this is where I draw my line."

ty for telling me that. I forgot his name and honestly was struggling to remember it and I wasn't sure if I spelled that right. but the whole thing about it going further back than that makes sense. there was the whole War of The Worlds radio broadcast back in the day and a lot of people thought it was real
Apparently that is a bit of an Urban myth, Snopes (Yes, I know it isn't always the most reliable source) has page all about it, but it is extremely easy for sensationalist newspapers to find a few idiots who make a big deal out of something and then pretend that wide spread panic ensued, when no such thing happened.

Yeah... yeah, I could easily see that as being the case.

But this? Enough is enough, this is where I draw my line.
:D
Specifically I was thinking many mundane women might get annoyed about it, considering how many regular women have trouble reaching orgasm, they really could think it unfair. And it's not like people are typically that reasonable and rational to begin with, finding a stupid reason to get bent out of shape over something that in no way impacts them is annoyingly common.

But your point is still amusing, and not wrong. :D

Personally I would call it Hydrogen Hydroxide. You can also add that it's gaseous form can cause severe burns, and currently factories regularly dump tons into the atmosphere, and no government regulate it. ;)
And drinking too much of it too fast can cause Hyponatraemia causing headaches, blurred vision, cramps, convulsions, and potentially death.

As a vapor emitted by some types of factories, nuclear power plants, and hydrogen fuel cell powered vehicles it's also a strong greenhouse gas.

With Null it certainly seems very much different and any reaction to Nulls touch would be more psychosomatic(?) than some side effect/consequence of his powers. As seen in the game, Storm, Laura, and Rogue all reacted differently upon physical skin to skin contact with Null. Rogue for example probably felt something like Relief and exhilaration, just because she could have skin to skin contact with someone without her potentially killing them.

So not to be annoying, but on the roadmap on the Patreon says that v0.4 will release in march. Are we still on track for that or has it been pushed back?

I'll spoil ahead of time and say no he doesn't. The girls are into him because they're into him.
Which I am quite happy with. Null generally comes off as a decent guy, and I think he'd be worrying a lot about if he's inadvertently mind controlling the girls if there was even the possibility of it.

It isn't. You can just say sensitive.
Fair enough

Possibly. :sneaky:
Would make sense.
Although JustCallMeSteve's thought about it being more psychological and only partially physiological also makes sense.

On a related note, there is a small problem with the description of sparring with Laura/X23:
In the first section she seems to always be reacting to him as if it is skin to skin contact, but she's wearing gloves, and her suit covers everything but her head. It's a relatively small thing, but it is a continuity problem that you may wish to address.

I mean, what do you think this is, a comic book?
;)

To add to this, you can get an idea of the reaction Storm has thanks to X-Men 97.

With Laura is a simpler thing in my head, a "Superman reacts to pain" situation where nothing you can do will hurt her, she is so used to torture (assuming her comics backstory) and her healing factor making erasing the pain that she gets a thrill out of the new sensation... and yeah, the love thing too.

Honestly, it's a porn game. I'd imagine it doesn't have anything to do with mutant powers or anything. I guess you could maybe argue pheromones but nothing about Null's power would justify why he has that power beyond Porn Contrivance. Much like the fact that Rogue, Laura and Jean are somehow fine with Null sleeping around. 'Acceptable' breaks from reality.

Null managing to get women to orgasm just from light petting is likely just an unforeseen feature. A bug. Could be a Good Bug, could be a Bad Bug. I'm sure most players (men) wouldn't complain about the ego boost of "I made out with a girl and made them orgasm!" Granted heavy petting does involve direct stimulation without penetration and that can definitely lead to an orgasm. I'd argue that could just be a case of Null being an attentive partner who pays attention (Hearts, Question Mark stuff).

The latest I saw in the Discord from Ron (3/19) is that they're still anticipating an end of March release.
Huh, that'd be surprising. The current release is about... A week old, give or take a day or two. Glancing at old updates, it kinda seems like they release every middle of the month. I saw an old January post that says every two weeks, though... Guess we'll see on the 31st.

Did you see the discussion about Null's power and Laura's adamantium?
It was hard to miss, went on for 2 pages and some posts were practically essay length.

But, if you insist...
Yes, nearly EVERYTHING in fiction is because it serves the story, not because it makes any damn sense (which annoys me at times). Even when they are trying to be true to real life, they still do it.

For example, in the movie Apollo 13 the Apollo crew were yelling at each other and arguing, but in reality, the crew says it never happened, they were trained professionals and they focused on their jobs. It was added to the film for dramatic tension - I doubt the actual crew needed any more dramatic tension than possible impending death...

Nope, missed it still. I don't really do a complete backread and if they were practically essay length, If I saw it, I likely didn't read it. I could have assumed that it's probably some theory crafting or basically actually confirmed.

I would imagine they thought "These people are about to die, they should be arguing and yelling." Something, something reality is often stranger than fiction.

Anyway, my point was there's a good non-story reason why Null could make some woman cum just because he was kissing and stroking them. Besides, a lot of the stuff he's doing is foreplay anyway and it's not like penetrative sex is necessary to make women cum. It doesn't have to be magic.

Null may be a but I doubt there's any actual magic (or mutation). Just a dude who knows what he's doing. It's headcanon territory but for all we know, he had a bunch of flings before he ended up in Xavier School/Institute.

It was the same sort of "how does this work" thing as what I was asking, but much more in depth.
I'm a little miffed for getting my balls busted for a couple sentences that were meant as more of a throw away comment than anything, while that gets a pass.

I have been annoyed by this for years, and others have experienced it as well, out of everything you say, someone is going to focus on the throw away comment and turn it into a Big Deal.

Actually, the majority of women don't orgasm from penetration at all. So it definitely isn't necessary.

I was more referring to the speed with which it happens. Typically orgasm - if it happens at all - will "result from a combination of at least 20 minutes of direct, gentle, extended massage—by hand, tongue, or sex toy—of women’s whole bodies followed by caresses focused on the genitals, especially on the visible clitoris." (according to a study published in 2021).

It's not the what I was talking about per se (with the possible exception of orgasm without clitoral stimulation, which while possible, is definitely playing on hard mode), it was the speed with which it occurred. But I can definitely understand that as being sped up for the purposes of the game.

I do give credit to the devs for having you move around and change up what you're doing, and knowing that the inside of the thighs is an erogenous zone.
