it seemed to manifest a couple different issues and I didn't really look into it super closely which is why I didn't go into too much detail, but the primary issue and sequence of events was this:

1. have girl following you
2. go to training room, and text a different girl to ask her to train with you; obviously she has to say yes to trigger bug. I've not tried any other location-specific activity invites.
3. Training invitee shows up and training begins; the woman following you dissapears during training sequence.
4. After training completes, the training invitee leaves. The original follower is still with you and following, but does not reappear and is not interactable
5. Invisible follower continues following you around, map confirms their location. Can't tell them to stop following you since they're permanently invisible.
6. They stay in this state until you go to sleep. Now you can either dismiss them through the spend the night dialogue, or in the morning they automatically leave you, and now things are back to normal.

I'm now playing this game once again to be able to give an opnion about the last trouble in paradise. I still need to explore more of the sex minigame and for sure finish my spiritual virgin run. But if it helps to when it is needed, here I go.

No hate but a lot of people come in trying to speed run to the sex scenes. They aren't gonna have a fun time with this game.
