The fuck is Kitty doing in space? ive got no clue, i lost track of her a long time ago.
The Trial of Jean Grey, a crossover of the All-New X-men and the Guardians of the Galaxy. Basically the Shi'ar Imperial Guard decided to try the time displaced Jean Grey for the crimes of the older one. And Kitty finds herself attracted to Quill because his name is Peter and that's her fetish/kink. After a few adventures she decides to shack up with him and remain in space for a time. Until they eventually break up.

There's two sides to every story. ;)
Very true. Jean in this is very forward and likes her teasing play. Scott if I remember right early on had self confidence and self-doubting issues with all his responsibility so he probably sees this from her as constantly attacking or belittling him. And Jean being Jean took it as ego inflation and an inability to lighten up...Well, she is somewhat right on the second point at least.

I always saw Scott as a guy always put in situations he wasn't fully equipped to deal with but is forced to do so, whatever the consequences may be and however bad he may look dealing with it. Kind of digs at him after a while a few times.

Genuinely my exact understanding of the character.

In the miraculous far off future where we do get those Avengers, New X-Men, etc. games, would they be standalones or would they ask for a save file to check how you interacted with characters you met early, like Captain Marvel in this game, presumably.

Thats always Scott though.
Hes always on the spot of having to lead the X-men, but he never actually wanted to, hes jsut kinda stuck on that situation and Xavier wanted him there.
That is until he became magneto 2.0, but thats another discussion far away from the timeline of TNH.

I still feel a little bad that we steal Piotr's gf ,and if the dev team decides to do it, bang his sister...He'll be fine. Null is such a great friend after all.:giggle:
I made a post on this before but getting Kitty away from Piotr is doing him a favor, she has put him though hell for decades. It's like Jean and Scott, poor bastard has suffered enough.

I know. That's why Null is here to help. (y)

True. Null's power blocking has a range. Can he even block telepathy? Or is it something he has to actively try to do? Xavier can still talk in his head. Anyway, Jean's powers are on the fritz right now in the story. Maybe when she has a better handle.
I mean, it's a game, I wouldn't read to hard into it. Yeah, he can block stuff thrown with telekinesis, but what if they just floated it above his head, then dropped it? Does he counteract gravity?

It'd be interesting if devs added a more complex powers interaction system (for dialogue and relationships stuff, or combat; not suggesting mini-games.) But that's kind of asking a lot for a game intended to be played with one hand...

If you have Jean, you can use both of your hands :)
