Here I was saying that returning home in dire need of medical aid is kind of a pyrrhic victory. I don't remember the details of that part of the game, though. I got the impression he was badly hurt. So my point was "If going up against the big leagues is too much for MC-kun, lower the bar and give him something he can bite". Which was done with the mob, but giving him le big hurt simply added more medical bills for this mf. On this point, my whole critique is that letting Null come out on top, not necessarily unscathed but in way better shape than he was, would've felt better imo.

... What do you call Null getting a regen power, a berserk mode, and a strength boost? Sounds like a shonen power up to me.

Do we have to start playing the My Hero Academia soundtrack? I mean I would if we could because it slaps HARD but still.

To be completely honest with you, TNH keeping tabs of your actions to torture you later with them would be completely on point and fit perfectly within the context.

Speaking of My Hero Academia, I'd bet both Professor X and Magneto would like that universe, Professor X for Quirk Users(Mutants) and normal humans being able to mostly coexist and the organised structure of a being a superhero; and Magneto for Quirk Users(Mutants) finally being the ones on top and not being oppressed anymore. Heck some Quirk Users do the oppressing now.

Okay. Let me try this again using more words:

If you were saying "I assume just a hefty hit to love and/or trust" in reference to faking a seizure when Rogue want to hold your hand, in the game as it stands how, you wouldn't lose much of anything since that event happens within the first ten minutes of the game, and being a jerk within those trivial/low magnitude conversations doesn't have any far-reaching consequences that I'm aware of.

As for "The Faceless Hypothesis", that is my imaginary version of the game where, hypothetically, something as relatively trivial as 'faking a seizure' would make it more time consuming to form a relationship with Rogue, along with other ideas that I have in mind that would make for a game that is frustrating to play, such as making it so that cheating on anyone would return their love and trust points to zero. I have the concept in mind partially as a joke towards those who complain about this game being a slow burn and also towards though who don't know the functions and limitations of the game's polyamory system, but also because I'm often inspired by From Software's game, specifically Demon's Souls, the Dark Souls trilogy, Bloodborne and Elden Ring. But, fortunately for those that I would target with these ideas, I am not a game developer, so the only chance of any of this coming to fruition is if the actual developers are willing to create this as an alternate version.

We have to keep certains things in mind

During the Sentinel event Null's healing factor isn't as prominent because it was fairly new so even if his physical injuries did heal themselves rapidly his body clearly wasn't able to keep up and so it shut itself off , in the Juggernaut encounter he didn't get beaten up as badly so the recovery process was very quick but as time goes on he learns how to control his nullification and healing factors and starts gaining a better understanding of how they actually work through both physical and mental training


For example the Jean encounter in the Chapter 1 Finale , she was about to release a Nuke but Null was not only able to pacify her but also showed a great understanding of how his power actually works beyond the simple nullification of other mutant abilities and as a result not only did he stop her from pretty much destroying that entire island and everything around it but also recovered incerdibly fast

His healing depends very much on the energy being output in his surroundings so towards the end it was a showdown between how much could Jean keep putting out and how much could Null keep on absorbing and as it turns out he can absorb a LOT so much so that he could come back from being turned into bones by simply regenerating , it's pretty fucking insane

And the next power we get from Jean will be either be Thermonukedom or Power Hugs. Either way, it will be interesting for us in terms of future problems. Are we going to become the equivalant of god with absorbing/thinking of powers or is there going to be a limit? Does lead up to an interesting issue going forward.

have them swim together, sunbathe together, and train together. it takes awhile but you'll see a difference eventually

OK, well I just finished what seemed to be most of the content, but I've got some questions, as I suspect there's still some hidden stuff, as well as stuff that may just not yet be implemented.

With the remote vibrators.... there anything other than getting the girls hot n bothered before jumping into h-scenes and training w Laura with it? I can turn it on at various times, and see some messages about the noise and girls getting antsy, but I've never seen it go past that. Am I missing something there?

Door locking- what's it for? I mean, I'd lock the door when spending time w Jean before I got her friendship w Laura/Anne Marie up to snuff (for anyone missing how to fix up friendship, group hanging out at pool and movie time seems to do the trick). I was a bit surprised there wasn't any wake-up scenes, and never saw anything where sleeping together led to shenanigans.

I'm presuming sex w Jean isn't yet in the game? Turns out she's down with the loophole, but nothing ever activated for boyfriend status, so I presume she cant progress all the way to love declaration and sex.

What was a tad disappointing was the minimal variation between the girls; the same actions in h-scenes, movie and restaurant foolery, etc. Different personalities are well written in the dialog, but at the end of it, the same positions, sex actions, and mostly the same "special" bits was a bit of a letdown.

Any actual shower tomfoolery? I was also surprised by the fact that you can initiate h-scenes pretty much anywhere, so long as prof x/kurt weren't in the room, but it didn't seem to be any different. All the positions and clothing options remain the same, not even really an acknowledgement that you're fooling about in public- which I'd rather expect to be an actual kink play.

I'd love to see more scenes where getting girls riled up led to them taking charge. Even a submissive personality doesn't mean they won't speak up about their needs when riled up enough.

Has the dev said what they're expecting to deliver in the next update?

Well the past updates till now have pretty much been fixes, groundworks and such. Which could have been added with chapters instead of 7 updates worth of nothing. So in short, whether or not the next update actually will be the start of Chapter 2 or not remains to be seen.

We've had this discussion before and have been very transparent with our development goals. Solid foundation first before moving onto the next chapter. Patreon has no bearing on whether future updates or chapters will happen or not, it just speeds art up.
