If it's magic / sorcery his mutant power, which disables mutant powers, shouldn't work, much like his touching Juggernaut wouldn't do anything.

Although this does actually beg the question : would Null's powers work on Spider-Man or Morbius? They're not technically mutants, since they weren't born with powers / the X-gene, but mutated after being exposed to outside stimuli.
