I said it as a reference ofi Muh Phoenix but im surprised that the redhead fetish of the Phoenix Force is mostly canon
At one point in Marvel canon, though at this point, so many characters have been the host for the Phoenix Force that I am pretty sure it has lost all meaning (I am not up to date on comic lore in the slightest).

Can't get 2 summer events - "Help her find her voice"/Laura and "Watch her making friends"/Rogue.
How do I reach those?
Edit - found that the game has tooltips on tssks, and it seems that I do not have enough relationship between the girls for the events. How do I make them like each other?

You increase the friend status between them by doing activities together when they are in the same location, like studying together, movie night, swimming, etc. If they are not in the same location you can go to one of them ask them to follow you then go to the other and try doing things together then. After a bit grinding through those they will increase their friendship status.
Rogue and Laura is the easiest to get started but I have also run into a bug a few times that prevented the friendship from starting. usually the indicator for it is when their friendship status does not match up between them. As in when one shows Friend status but the other does not. If memory serves they are supposed to start off on good terms just from conversations in the game. Had to restart at that point.
EDIT: bug was from several version ago so might have already been fixed

Yes, BUT why wait that long? The developer says he isn't making the money that he needs to for the game. If he added more popular characters sooner rather than later, he should be getting that money he needs sooner rather than later. To me I prefer Storm and not having an African American LI in the starting game is not a smart move. None of the 3 Chapter 1 LI's aren't even any of my favorites BUT out all 3 Jean is probably the best of them. I have to painstakingly get through Chapter 1 to get to Chapter 2 just to get to Storm and Dazzler and then later to Emma Frost. To me it really isn't worth it at the moment to support him.

Because once the game is feature complete, further updates will be less taxing, hencewhy chapter 2 wont come until 1.1, just adding crap in without the base game being complete wont make development faster.Yes, BUT why wait that long?
