I will clarify that Rogue will never stop being Goth. It ain't a phase and you aren't going to "fix" her. Though she will gain more confidence quirk or no and that spunky side of her personality will show.
Rogue don't need no "fixin" and i am glad the dev the team feels that way , can't wait to see how you guys develop her character even further cause the more i play the more of a simp i become for her :Kappa:

Southern big titty Goth GF: She'll fix you supper and fix your grades.
Angy short stack muscle mommy GF: She'll fix your body and combat form.
Neurotic "big sis" psychic GF: She'll fix your powers and your disorganization.

Note how none of the above make any promises or progress in fixing your mental health. :KEK:
Here's hoping Mama frost is gonna be our shrink when she eventually joins the harem.

Or make our mental health worse, but hey atleast little null is happy:BootyTime:

Meant the plotlines that were caused directly by Rogue maliciously absorbing Carol's power and memories, which influenced a lot of arcs and character motivations.
I mean that could still happen.

Was more speaking how certain characters bend over backwards to hate mutants when the source of their powers are barely different compared to some famous heroes.
Got pulled away for a moment and forgot to mention that part.

The thing about super powered individuals is that they either become a hero or a villain. Pretty easy to put someone in a box and feel secure that the good natured supers will take down the evil supers.

Mutants on the other hand don't actively become super heroes and considering their powers activate during a period of great distress, whatever those powers are can and more often than not do wreck an entire neighborhood or apartment building.

When it comes to mutant super heroes, the X-Men have had terrible PR and when they do address the public, shit hits the fan. There's also the fact that big name mutant advocates hid the fact they were mutants. Xavier being the notable example.

It's fear of the unknown combined with the fact that people don't need a good reason to be irrationally hateful. I mean just look at modern politics.

But all that aside you also have Ian McKellen regularly broadcasting on hijacked TVs that he's a mutant and that he's going to kill all humans and his well known accomplice is an active terrorist known for assassinating politicians able to transform into anyone from the president to your grandma.

Minor bug report:
I'll throw it at the devs.

I need more of these
It's the product of our writers having a fun time when their assigned workload is finished.

I mean... That could be said by a lot of women.

Yeah in PR the take is usually "But what about X" in this case Mutants. So if "The Mutants" go around terrorizing people , people won't like them. Doesn't need to be a lot of them, just enough so people think "Well even if they haven't a mutant could do that."

Charles has an impossible Job and even though his first instinct was to hide their mutant nature so people can see they are normal, his adversaries like Magneto won't hide and will get to dominate the messaging.

I knew she wasn't just playing cards with the gals...

Hell, you lose both way, since mutants hiding in plain view is also part of what makes normal humans so paranoid about them in Marvel.
Hell, i bring up once more the example of Laura's first assesination job, she even fooled Captain freaking America.

Or by the time she joins, Null's already been through so much it's a Peter Parker situation-

Trauma via contact.

Also just finished Chapter 1, and...yeah, if Chapter 2 doesn't almost immediately start with being recruited, Xavier needs to get his paperwork in order, because Null

If Null gets anymore powers, with more practical experience he might as well just moonlight as "The X-Man" and give the rest of the team a break once a month or something. Sure, it'd mean even more trauma, but between nigh-immortality, power negation, super human abilities that can scale with the threat he faces, and literally ANY kind of ranged ability, the boy basically becomes a demi-god...among demi-gods.

Only thing holding him back is mental fortitude, precision control over his powers, and harem obligations.

"Yeah, I wouldn't mind saving the world right now, but if I'm not back by 9PM, (one of) my girlfriend(s) is gonna want to eviscerate you like a human blender for missing movie night."

Sure, though Rogue hated Dazzler for a while but presumably there isn't a problem with them dating the same guy. So Felicia working it out with Peter isn't too much of a stretch if you wanted it. Work the "two people trying to be better" angle.

But if the Writers decide to have that scenario play out with Felicia and Null so be it. It's a fine enough pairing due to Felicia's love of excitement and Null's ability to find it.

Besides, if you guys rule on the 50% where the girls don't know he's Spidey, he has other things to be worrying about then a noisy cat.
Not maintaining trust in a poly relationship? Tsk tsk Mr Parker.
The way that drama would play out is very on brand, "Well I was honest about my personal life with you girls, just not...you know..."
Actually, in this case, the jealousy would be flipped, because Rogue has a nice, normal relationship with somebody who accepts and loves her. Given that until Dazzler started dating Warren, she was surrounded by hungry piranha.....

the original source of friction between them was down to powers and relationships. Dazzler could control her powers and have a relationship, Rogue couldn't.

"Yeah, I wouldn't mind saving the world right now, but if I'm not back by 9PM, (one of) my girlfriend(s) is gonna want to eviscerate you like a human blender for missing movie night."
Only one??

This needs to be on a t-shirt.
I don't know. How many people think she does? Not really a common thought.
Also just finished Chapter 1, and...yeah, if Chapter 2 doesn't almost immediately start with being recruited, Xavier needs to get his paperwork in order...
In fact it would be dangerous to have him get more power without practical experience. Move those papers Charles!

Skip movie night and save the day from Mysterio or just let Peter deal with it... Yeah you got this Spidey.(y)

True, but I am curious about those potential butterflies.

Also our ability to fuck over Mastermind's plans more than canon. Seriously, the man is responsible for so much misery for the X-Men and the loss of literally billions of lives.

I see your point.

Might be colouring my view from where I know it ends up in modern Marvel and that the early villains such as Steven Lang were completely insane. Not that it justifies the bigots any which way but I see my mistake.

Null basically has a power that is extremely similar if not the same as David Haller's power, which as we see is completely broken in the hands of someone mostly sane.

Does raise some interesting questions though...
