I think the TNH devs are underestimating some of us players , if the girls are appealing in both looks and personality ik i , you and many others will try romancing all of them

Knowing my chronic replay fever, I am pretty sure there will be a poke-girl collecting main save, as well as group ones of the girls I most like on my drive in the long run.
Might even hit monogamous paths, if that should indeed leave any noticeable story impact in later versions.

Exactly. It's a game, gotta test the limits, maximize the potential and get the most content. It's why even though "the everyone" path feels a bit off and gamey to me, it's my main save.
If you do the math the results don't add up, since for option 1 and 2 you are supposed to choose your one LI, whereas for option 6, you are supposed to choose all of them.
Currently option 6 has 83 votes(or whatever you want to call them), but the highest number for any of the LI's is only 78(Rogue).
So the data is not necessarily accurate.

I cant wait till we're in chapter three and half the playerbase is bitching about their phone being on nonstop blast.
It's not, but I think just because people aren't fully adhering to the polls' rules (likely due to not fully reading/understanding them), it's pretty clear how things are going as option 6 is above 80, there's not a single girl below 60 right now, and options 1-5 have yet to have any of them even break 20 yet.

I'm expecting a mod at some point that limits texts to three girls a day, maybe randomly chosen.
Honestly-
I don't see it being as big of an issue as some may think.
I think during my playthrough I got mainly 1 girl message per day, if that.
Plus, a lot of it could be mitigated through more in depth use of the group chat system.
It may not give as big of a bonus, but texting "good morning" to everyone in a group could be more efficient than one by one in terms of time-
Alternatively, you get my Null, who texts everyone individually at every given opportunity, and then also texts in the group chat too, for maximum brownie points, keeping the "group" active while simultaneously acknowledging everyone individually-
And then doing it again, but in person-
At least until you go hermit mode and start grinding studying/danger room to try and top the class for both every time.
It may be busy, but I think it can be done without it being boring/annoying. If you're going full poly, you're likely playing a more social Null in the first place-
I mean, considering this is the internet, we cannot discount the possibility of people choosing option 6 specifically to mess with the results or just to go against Shiny's statement, even if they would actually prefer one of the other options.
But as you say, it seems to be more popular than expected.

I doubt it, I even scrolled all the way back to the older poll Shiny mentioned, maybe at the time it was posted it was more towards mono, but if you were to account for newer reactions/late "votes", it also trends towards poly.

The 1-6 may be accurate, but the "choose girl" part is doomed to fail. People might just be picking a number then moving on. Multi step instructions is asking too much from the internet.
That part should have been separate.

Me in my playthrough with Null-
"Why not both? Both is good.
" He is basically fully packed, doesn't do dates very often but sees everyone daily, balances alone time/training with group sessions, and pretty much always rounds off the weekends with a movie night/pool day with the girls. (Once he knows it's impossible for Laura/Jean to catch up to him on the leaderboards)
