Hey everyone. I got some bad news for those interested in dev team's personal lives.

My dog of 12 years has liver and kidney failure and I'm gonna be putting her down.

I'm gonna take a break from online responsibilities while I handle the grief as I have already lashed out at some people. (No one related to this community)

There's been more than a couple times in shows and such where he's seen making use of some dubious anti-aging tech, magic, or some combination of the two. So I think he's set up for the long run in that regard.

Hey man, take all the time in the world. My cat 17 died recently from kidney failure too. Still processing it. We fought 3 months, tried almost everything but alas. Kidney failure hits like a damn freight train - It's sudden and almost irreversible and happens way too fast. It is really damn hard to let go, and especially be forced to let go. I feel your pain. It's why I decided a while ago to not get any more pets, it becomes a repeating event since even if their health isn't an issue their shorter life spans are. Take all the time you need, we'll try not to make too much of mess of the board while your away.

I lost mine at 15... He was the light of my life. One day I notice a tumor and then there was nothing I could do. Even as a man it was impossible not to cry.
