The girls are being updated so that some won't inherently be attracted to Null or that their thirst will reign in if you don't show interest.
Kinda want to avoid having it feel like they're in constant heat lol

With 0.8b, is anyone else having an issue where Laura never progresses beyond friendship? I made it all the way to the end of the main story, got her relationships with Rogue and Jean as high as I could, and got her up to 700 love/trust but she never approached me about going on dates, and there's no option to bring it up with her, even after waiting for weeks.

Same, I brought it up both here and elsewhere and it didn't go over well in either thread. Folks are usually either all-in with it or all-out with rarely an in-between. (I even came up with different ways of going about it instead of all the girls basically pining for you 24/7, especially if you choose to reject them.)
For the other game I pretty much just suggested an OPTIONAL rival character who had charm abilities or something to challenge you in a harem war.
