First season can be done in a week, maybe two and you want it done fast to open up your mutant abilities. The first couple of days have a more limited set of choices. Use them on classroom, danger rooom, and studying. Invite everyone available to join you.
Once the phone opens up, look at buying skills. Spend your perk points buying 3 skill points: extra action in morning, extra action at night, and free showers morning and night. Pretty much in that order. Don't bother buying anything else (unless you have a lot of perk points and want to reduce the trust grind then grab the perk that does just that, but it is expensive). Don't buy any other abilities -- you need a bunch of points real quick the next season.
Always message all three women at the start and end of day. Each interaction adds a couple of love points. They add up over time. Also, flirt with all three at least once a day for another love bonus.
First action of the day, run a job for Xavier then shower. Then hit either the classroom or danger room. Always invite all three women to participate with you -- every action you share with them builds trust. At night, run study sessions with all three women or at least all who are willing to show up. This will build trust and the relationship between the women. Though beware, if all three are present, it looks like Jean and Laura won't get closer to each other at the moment.
You'll build a decent nest egg of cash through the daily stipend and payment for work every day. You can spend a bit on chocolates and other basic gifts (combat handbook, steamy romance book) to boost love and trust a little. Date all three once or twice. I tend to date Anna Marie enough to get her to girlfriend stage and push her trust to 600 before talking to her about it.
Fit in the required one-on-one actions as you want. Doing most of them early can be beneficial.
Once to move to the next season, buy all the mutant extra actions you can. They are immensely valuable for grind reduction. The last is really expensive, so dip back into your perk points if you can.
