From my experience you cant get her to open up with her name before you get swated like a fly by Marko, its part of the dialogue.

It's funny that you can become her girlfriend in Fall and be her most loved and trusted person, but until Juggy she's pretty much operating like-
"It's X-23 to you my most beloved person. We aren't on good enough terms for you to call me Laura."

You have to defeat Chthon and banish him back to the Darkhold in order to impress her, that, or make sure that Magneto really, REALLY dislikes you.

That reminds me of Yuri, from FE3H's DLC. You can take him to the highest support and marry him to any of the compatible characters and you still don't get to know his true name. Even his country of birth is to be deduced by other things he says instead of him outright telling you. He has the excuse of him being a prominent figure in the underworld and having his true identity known could risk trouble for other people of his intimate circles. Some superheroes like Invincible date a girl for a while with honest love for her and keep their secret identity from her until there's no other choice but to spill it.
I guess it's a similar thing with TNH's Laura? It's difficult for her to allow others through certain personal barriers until you personally start breaking through them. Like keeping past and present separate or whatever.
Keep in mind, the green new guy is the school's armchair therapist.

Her name is gated behind love/trust points like Rogue?

Or it's gated behind Juggy regardless?

It's a game story point that is set. Not really a character narrative thing.
