i recommend this game so far, multiple times throughout playing i physically said "aww that/she is so cute" to various interactions. I feel the custom outfit system might need, more work or explanation. trying to get characters into a nightee and panties is considered far too lewd even for a maxed out relationship with the characters and some of the base outfits go over the lewd scale and the box to name the outfit has the hitbox all the way in the middle which makes it feel like it doesnt work trying to name it and the combined outfit score feels weird. I was hoping the go through the chapter without boning would proc at the end of CH 1 summer and the xavier's list. sadly it does not. also hoping for increases to XP gain if we have an achievment to reach like 30. Also i feel like the danger room need an increased incentive, there is literally no reason to go to the danger room unless u r aiming for the training achievements or the combat list. The story is very engaging, i appreciate the little and big changes to dialogue for picking different options. the characters feel real and not just "i'm a tool to get fucked". only ever experienced 2 bugs my entire playthrough. and they were minor. Halfway through the chapter winter i locked rouge into a permanent debuff for gains i'm guessing i was somehow locked at smelly for her. but it went away the next ch flag. and sometimes when having sex with characters afterwords they would still have hands and tongue icons on their character.
overall 9/10 so far, super disappointed i cant travel into the future to play the full game now.

Keep in mind the shame system isn't about outfits they'll wear, it's about outfits they'll wear publicly. You can absolutely make outfits that they'll wear, but they'll be for your eyes only (and the other polycule members, I guess).
Though your point still stands, the system could do a better job explaining all this to us. Just look at the number of people reporting bugs with trying to make outfits, because they didn't know they had to give it a name and a color tag. A few more tooltips wouldn't hurt.

the only problem I found with making outfits so far is the hair. I thought I could pick a hair to go with an specific outfit, but it changes for all of them, I dont know how to lock that

This is not 3D where you can twist the model as you want with or without clothes, here in 2D, you need to draw each piece of clothing anew for each pose. But I think the developer currently has a priority for developing other things, but maybe they plan to finish drawing clothes in the future, because I would also like sex in clothes, and if he doesn't plan to, then we need to make it clear that we are interested in this, and maybe he will want to add it.

This system is really not very well made and is not logical in some clothes.
I literally after sitting for 5 minutes was able to undress Jean to a bare chest in public, combining clothes correctly.
But the problem is not only that, it's just that some things themselves are not logical, some things do not give shame points, although they should, and some that do, should not. For example, when you put panties on Jean with a special combination of things, she gets 100 shame points, that is, literally she is less ashamed without panties than with panties
Also, at first glance, some things in different sections are not logical, for example, why can't I have a long jacket and a translucent green blouse under it for Rogue?
For some reason I can put a black top with a deep neckline on Rogue's full suit, but a T-shirt, which is the same in the "slots", is not allowed... And these are just a few examples, I can go on like this for a long time.

Bugs exist, we try to fix them as fast as we can. None of the girls will be comfortable walking around topless in public, and wearing a translucent top with no bra underneath is basically the same thing as going topless. Girls won't wear an outfit if their nipples are visible. Our decision to make certain clothing items increase shame is intentional, not illogical. Wearing sexy/kinky things like nipple tape, sex toys, see through clothing, or lingerie can be more "shameful" than mundane clothing items, or even nothing at all.
I didn't expect this game to be this good. The Quirq system is great, We need more of that
