Btw, after this post I now consider you a part of The Null Hyphotesis Unholy Trinity of Shitpost (the other two members being @salscou and @FacelessVixen).

That's far too much praise. I am merely a humble poster, tending to my big sis.

However, I'd like to point out that, assuming I've got my timelines correct, The Hypothetical Adventures of Null and his Mutie Harem is happening right at the same time as AVGN was first starting. So they could well be watching it -- or at least Null and Rogue might, since I doubt Jean and Laura would find it very appealing. Maybe Kurt too. Or perhaps Null is just too busy with his many girlfriend to ever bother with the autism of early Internet pop critic web series.

So yeah. Bicycle, gymnastics, running, sometimes just walking will do it. There are women that are born, technically, without a hymen. There are women that never bleed the first time. There are women who bleed after the first time.

If you don't know, there's actually no shame in asking. Especially if you have a partner. Though if you meet someone that supposedly sleeps with a lot of women but don't know how the hymen works, that's usually a sure fire sign that they're either lying or the women having been lying to them so they get done sooner (and definitely never had a real conversation with women. Like my wife and I talked about this when she was just my girlfriend.). Basically, for the most part (medical cases can exist, but those are rare), if they bleed, even the first time, you're basically doing it wrong/so hard that it's tearing something. And it's not a "hurts so good" kind of pain. Like, imagine anal tearing but more sensitive.

Look, I'm a month late to this comment, but I'm also assuming the viewpoint of you devs hasn't changed in the interim. If you're that worried about NTR complaints that you won't put the option in the game, why not just give a Y/N option for players to choose BEFORE starting a game? Or is it just more not worth doing the additional work to add such options for arguably little financial or personal incentive (ie, basically the same reason this game lacks a male homosexuality option)? I don't really care beyond preferring verisimilitude, so at this point I'm more just inquiring out of morbid curiosity...

Regardless of how much more effort it would be or the complaints, even allowing an option to exist is opening a whole can of worms. We've come to a consensus as a team and do not want to create content, systems, and writing to support things like that in our game, simple as.

It's just been one of the lowest things on the priority list to the point where I'm not sure if it'd make it.

It's way past my bed time but others can point out why they wouldn't bleed. Like how half of the cast have a dancing history.

And I'm okay with that. I like it when a visual novel can be realistic in terms of social simulation, but I don't necessarily need 100% biological accuracy during moments of escapism.

Are characters like Squirrel Girl and Emma completely out of the question? Or are they in that "we'll decide later, if there's time/room/budget for them" limbo?

I gather that they'd be pretty low on the list of priorities, even if they were planned, of course. That's one thing I did get, heh.

The roster is based more heavily on the comics, particularly the Chris Claremont run, than RLE. Emma is set to appear as a villain in season 2 and will likely be dateable in a later season because she eventually joins the X-Men in the comics. So her placement is a timeline/story thing, not a development priority thing.

Squirrel Girl has never been a member of the X-Men in the comics. Oni including her and Gwenpool in his game is some bizarre meme shit.

I and the comic nerds would be on board with that, along with other canon relationships being formed if you as Null don't pursue a relationship with them. But, unfortunately, we all know how that would work in practice, all things considered:

This game sucks ass!"

I am saddened that I must now settle for telling fanciful lies to annoy the "Pregnancy when?" and "Fullsave?" posters instead of writing elaborate wild goose chasing quests for users who insist they wanted to date $GIRL despite putting it off for YEARS "because it wasn't the right time to ask her. Yet." and decide to trash the devs or game instead of learn a life lesson.
