I played version 0.2 a few years ago. Had to replay the whole game, because the saves are not compatible (save migration is not that hard). And what a surprise there is almost no content in 0.7b since 0.2, all they added is summer content (mainly text and 1 battle art).

Don't make my mistake and wait a few more years, if you already played the early versions.

Maybe it's just me but when I encouraged it, I have her pretty much walking up and doing what she wants (while remaining rather courteous to Rogue though). It's.. interesting. In bed is the only time she seems to let that go at all. At least, that's been my experience.

Except it is when variable names are changed, whether it be due to refactoring code or any other reason. Additionally, more than 50% of the code is dedicated to setting up functions for managing progress, while other chunks are dedicated to interfacing with Live2D.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but as I understand, you were expecting new girls and/or new content between 0.2 and 0.7b. As dev team members present in this thread, they want to "perfect" the first chapter before adding new content (fyi, they are actually adding new content, like bbq days, pool parties, dates/hangouts and more to come.), so the game would feel more "complete" before 1.1, aka starting the new chapter. Imho, they are doing the right thing that way, because adding new content to the old chapters are a hell of a job to do because of the compatibility issues, it's effect to the later chapters etc.

As for why save migration didn't happen, slick97 explained it nicely, I don't think I need to add anything. You can wait 1.1 update to see the new chapter, or even 2.0 to see in its completed form, but don't misinform the new or returning players and discourage them from playing. Everyone needs to see and think for themselves, like you did before the discouragement.

Great observation now that you mention it. In both prime timeline comics and X-Men Evolution she has green eyes I think. Wonder why the TNH team went with hazel/yellow eyes.

IIRC, Laura came to be for TNH before they decided to do their own thing and the game was more like RLE HD (wich is why we have her in the first place, since she doesnt fit the timeline by a couple of decades), so by the time they took the current course, her art was already done.
As to why RLE's Laura has yellow eyes, Oni just wanted to make her look more uncanny and feral.

Simple answer: we realised surprisingly recently we'd picked three characters with green eyes in canon, so someone had to go home and change. The amber eyes work well with Laura anyway: she's supposed to have a very unnerving, piercing stare in the comics, which works just as well with vivid amber eyes as it does with vivid green eyes, and it works nicely with 'stray cat' thing we have with her. I think we made Rogue's eyes slightly different as well, a while back as well.
