Not all of these would make sense to have Kurt be the priest. Though a fun story would be that seeing some of Nulls weddings is what inspires Kurt to get ordained.

Also I wanted Kurt to be the priest for Kitty's wedding since it would be hilarious for a guy who is an angel as person but looks like a demon and is a catholic priest marrying off a jewish girl while a genocidal mutant race supremacist (Eric, who happens to be jewish) gives other genocidal race supremacists the stink eye because the guy she is marrying is also a mutant.
Similar reasoning for Rogues wedding having the anti mutant racists showing up to help. I like that kind of irony.

I would want Rogue to get married first which inspires her to be a wedding planner and Kurt to get ordained as a priest after seeing the anti mutant protesters come together to help with her and Nulls wedding.

Is there really such a tradition, or is this something from the comics? I'm aware of the african pre-capoeira martial art (N'golo), customs such as the Zangbeto spiritual watchmen, blade money or sacrificing scarred kings to heal the land, but not this one.

It's more fiction than fact. Some cultures had a battle tradition to show that that groom was strong enough to defend the bride, which comics and Hollywood would play up in exotic or fantastical settings. I figured it would be fitting given what a crazy setting Wakanda is and Storms history with the place.

Don't know. The time span given as "fair game" for plotlines they might pull from is up through the Onslaught arc. Quite a few time travel stories in that time span.

It wasn't so much a race thing but more of a crazy Wakanda thing... that and I really didn't like Storm and T'Challa, it felt more like "lets pair the two most popular blacks in the comics" and less like a natural progression of the two characters like if Diana and Clark got married after Lois died of old age. I want T'Challa to acknowledged that Null is the better man for Storm.

I agree with this, make each one unique to the girl. If you want to involve the other girls make them be brides maids for each others weddings and whoever catches the bouquet is the next one to get married.

Bonus points if the anti mutants you fought show up with confederate flags but they are actually there to apologize and help decorate the wedding, must make AT LEAST one joke about Rogue making Nulls "south rise again". The anti mutants should also give Rouge picrel bikini as a wedding present.

Kitty: Have to survive a bunch lawsuits and attacks from the Chemla and Yad L'Achim (and their US equivalents) since her jewish parents don't want her marrying a non jew. Have to win over Magneto who will point out that all children born to a jewish mother are considered jewish then officiates the wedding while threatening a battalion of jew lawyers.
Bonus points if Kurt is the priest and marries them.

Emma: Make hers take place after Jean where she demands the same thing but far more ostentatious and expensive to one up Jean. The setup is being that Phoenix gets kicked out of Jean through the power Nulls cock then mind jacks Emma and the Stepford Cuckoo's.
Bonus points if Emma demands you impregnate all her daughters before she agrees to get pregnant herself. Limit the Cuckoo's to three... for Nulls sake.
Double bonus points if the Cuckoo's dress as cheerleaders and cheer on Null as he impregnates Emma while his cum is still flowing down their wobbling legs.

Dazzler: She gets depressed so Null takes her out in secret on the Jet to cheer her up and they get really drunk off enchanted wine in Las Vegas. They wake up later in the desert and have to have to retrace their steps to find the jet. Along the way they find out they had a wild night, destroyed a crime syndicate, launched a massive fireworks display, and recorded a gold record which they then broke over the head of a producer who tried to blackmail Daz in to sleeping with him. Null then takes pieces of the gold record and makes it in to a wedding ring and the two them get married by sneaking in to a hollywood studio and getting married on set then having sex in front of the film crew, which later gets made in to a movie.
The story ends with the two of them watching it in theaters and Daz complain about how they censored all the good bits to make it PG-13.
Bonus Points: this was all a setup by Loki for his personal entertainment in style of Sanguine from Skyrim. We also find out Loki is a fan of her music and follows her on social media.

Yes. Someone wanted raceplay and the dev team added it to the list of no. Like Null can be any race(Yes, we know y'all want more shades of brown, it's on the todo list) and we don't want any of them to be framed as having "superior genes."

As for the whole Storm/T'challa connection. We're not even sure if we wanna have that be part of Earth 69 for the same reason that Nyx is 90% not canon in Marvel and 99% not canon in TNH. For some fucking reason, someone at Marvel decided to have a 16 year old T'challa deflower a 13 year old Storm and have that as the basis for reuniting.

There were a million different ways they could have known each other. Maybe T'challa met her when she was a pick pocket in Egypt. Maybe he was just looking into rumors of the random weather goddess in Kenya to confirm if it's super powers or actual holy magic.

Gay marriage in Earth 69 was passed in the USA in the 90s as opposed to 2015 in ours. Current year is around 2005 and Polygamy is legal in some jurisdictions and specific instances. Similar to how gay marriage operated pre 2015 in ours.

True. I only know this stuff from reading Boot's Q&As. I'm sure more of this worldbuilding stuff will be mentioned more in-game but as you mentioned, it will probably be done via dialogue bits here and there like it is right now because that's the most natural way to do it rather than lore dumps.

Like all things it only sucks for people who play during development because we forget between updates. Not a problem after things are all done and things flow better.

Allison is a crazy wedding at Vegas and waking up in the middle of the Mojave desert with a hangover and a suspicious platinum chip.
