I wouldn't exactly say they all like the same things. I'm pretty sure that they each do have their own specific preferences. I have not played in a while though, so I am less confident with this answer.
Ron's Null is canonically green, just as how each players Null looks is canon to their playthrough/saves. I believe that generally speaking the only similarities between every Null are some more basic physical characteristics.
if i make one of the girls my Girlfriend does that impact any of the other girls if they do not have enough trust for poly yet?

Once you have a girlfriend, do not flirt/ask out another woman until you have her agreement you can date the other woman. You get drama otherwise. The new girl doesn't need to allow polyamory -- your current one does.
and i assume the second one needs to be fine with poly before i add the third?
also i assume both boxes love and trust need to be checked for poly not just one right?

Yeah I make jokes about "Null's poor phone" but if you have 15 gfs you will be spending your entire time responding to texts so you don't lose love points. Also at that point from a writing perspective it's hard to argue it's polyamory and not just a harem with concubines. Could be wrong but I'm not sure that's the direction the game is intending.

The women need to be friends. Get the women together for activities like class, studying, and combat training. Take them to the pool together. Get them all to go to the weekend parties and keep the group together. They'll be friends in no time.

Have the pair of them hang out with you together, you can get add them to a groupchat and that makes it easier.
