At least I know that Rival tier is still working in the game, although Enemy maybe not.
You can check the friendship points by console command:
Rogue.friendship[Jean.tag]
I've never dealt with such differencies in friendship ranks between two girls yet, but an activity like taking class together could possibly rather work compared to studying, movie nights, and swimming in the pool as class activity is rather on their own schedule.
Sigh, maybe I should really add the FPs at least on the portraits of each character, that everyone knows how much in the deep someone is.

Is it just me, or does Jean have a tiny clothing glitch where one breast sticks out, It's more noticeable with the green lined top, and I don't know why I remember there was an option to fix it. Help! It gives me the creeps and I can't stop looking at it.

On the left side correct? That's not even her breast poking through, it's a red line. I've had weird red artifacts before on green textures in this game but I don't know if that's what it is since it either is always on a texture or not there. The texture looks fine in the game files.
Is it only in the viewer? Might be lighting.

No, it's definitely her clothes. If I change her, the color of her underwear changes. If I take her underwear off, it's less noticeable, but it still sticks out. I think it's mainly with Jean. She has so much breasts that they literally pop out of her clothes, lol.
Edit:
It happens with any top, but with this one it's more obvious. She's going to start wearing a dress until someone fixes it or my memory forgets it, whichever comes first!

They will need to resize the sweater or shave off a bit of the bra textures for Jean I suppose.

I could try to take a stab at it. The only thing that might be an issue is if live2dd things will get in the way since texture position usually needs to be perfect to what the live2d has it programmed for. If not then it's obnoxious but not difficult.
