Who knows what her kink will be.
Speaking of Emma, I know it's been talked about before, but does anyone have guesses on who will be added after Dazzler, Kitty and Storm?
Emma, Jubilee, and Boom Boom?
Do you think that would work out around the events of this time @FP00?
Too soon for Lorna probably.
Chapter 3 would be the new mutants if we're going off canon appearances (Magik, Moonstar and Wolfsbane), while other characters get their introductions during those events that would be roughly around the tail end of the chapter if I got the timeline right. So Magik fans will be very happy.
Jubilee would most likely be chapter 4 since that's when she canonically shows up by sneaking into their Australia base. I have no idea how those events will translate into the game due to the circumstances surrounding that. There is, luckily, a mall in the Null Hypothesis town, so Jubilee has a strong likelihood of appearing even if events don't translate 1 to 1 (hope it kinda happens since that establishes Jubilee's and Wolverine's bond as well as the iconic crucified Wolverine). The problem with Chapter 4 is that it covers an absolute ton of events, and everyone was splitting off to join or start a new team, each with their own world-ending event.
But as to your other characters, Emma is mainly an antagonist for a good chunk of this time until the Hellfire Club starts a truce with the X-Men, and their role in the comics massively downsizes. They don't really get involved with the X-Men again for literal years until the 90s, where she's put into a coma for several years real time, wakes up, sides with Xavier and then spins off an entirely new team (stealing several characters in the process, Jubilee was one of them). She doesn't officially join the X-Men until 2001, which is after the Onslaught arc.
My best guess is that she'll be a full character during chapter 5, but considering how her character is, I'm guessing Null will be interacting with her before then; she just won't be living on the campus or teaching there. Emma having her own mechanics separate from the other girls is the most fitting for her character and would probably be the most logically consistent. Most logically, Null would have to drive or be driven to New York in order to interact with her, likely as part of a mission to spy on her from Xavier.
Boom-Boom, she's a part of X-factor, and I never read X-factor. Canonically, her first appearance would be roughly chapter four but I'm guessing chapter 5 because there are simply to many characters in chapter four that are introduced during that time, such as Rachel Summers and Magma. This is ignoring that the lineup during chapter 5 is utterly massive, and I have honestly lost track of who is part of what team during this time, and they kept making fucking more spin-offs.
How the fuck did people keep track of storylines back in the day?!
Lorna barely gets involved with the X-Men for the Claremont era until the Mr. Sinister arc, where she is possessed by Malice. She won't be free again until what would be the events of chapter 5.
I am dissapointed in myself to have not thought of this before, but yes, Kitty needs her sci-fi.
She does as she is a massive nerd.
Also, Plushies.
Seriously, when we see her room in the old comics, it is wall-to-wall covered in plushies, many of which are the size she is. I probably just figured out what her unique room decorations will be, though, considering how many she canonically has, it will be a considerable investment because Kitty must have her unending ocean of plushies (I'm not kidding on that).
New Mutants

Magik, Boom Boom, character nobody except super nerds care about 1, cnesnca 2, cnesnca 3, cnesnca etc....
Magik, Boom Boom, and Jubilee is a good lineup.
Again, probably don't expect Jubilee till Chapter 4, as that is when she canonically appears. Boom-Boom doesn't join up till much later.
