She would not be considered autistic as she simply has not had social experience and can learn to socialize more normally. She does not exhibit typical signs of autism, only a person that has had no real opportunity to develop properly.

I like the smell of mine but I don't love it in a sexual way. Not that I'm shaming anyone who would like it in the sexual way.
I think Laura's is affected by either of two possibilities. Since she has never felt this way towards another male before by her own admission (everyone else smells terrible), either she is being affected by Null's pheromones (which would have to be a bit stronger than usual to affect all those ladies the way he has been), or she just has it bad for Null emotionally (the whole thing about even BO smelling good when the love is new). I kind of prefer the idea of pheromones (a very subtle type, not mind controlling strength) since Null simply does not realize what he is doing (as per Kurt) and all of the ladies simply like hanging around him and get a crush on him. He can't really do anything with it since his actions are going to override the pheromones if he acts like an ass, but it explains why the ladies all go for him.
i got a powerfull sniffer, always love the natural scent on people. unless they go too long without at least a rinse off
I actually have very good hearing, very good color vision (even some night vision due to high levels of visual purple "rhodopsin") even though I am near sighted, and a very good sense of smell. Needless to say, I sneak up on people at night quite easily all the time without trying so I understand Laura's sneaky antics. I should have gone into a different line of work I suppose.

We just wanted Null, by default, to be a generally nice guy to be around. With the player controlling how he reacts to the situations he's thrust into.

That is just the thing, it is often the quiet people that harbor the most nasty inner demons. Some are merely hiding them so they can appear normal, others are protecting people from themselves by caging their demons up and acting like "nice guys."
Makes sense. Some people have a kind of "aura" that others gravitate to and instinctively trust. Not a power or mind control, but more akin to a personality type and calm, easy-going attitude. Those can be dangerous if they realize the effect they have on others and begin intentionally using it to subtly manipulate others.

Yeah, they are quite obvious for most people I would think. There are just as many people tired of games that all lead to the MC being a jerk to everyone and not having any consequences for their actions. This game is a welcome change for them. Why be the same as every other game when you can be an outlier and be different. Outliers stand out and are noticed.
