My understanding is you get them to hang out together and spend time together. The more they do the more their friendship will grow. It has nothing to do with your relationship score, but a separate score between each of the girls.

i want to know if i ran into a bug. im at day 18-19 and lvl 3 already and i still cant seem to buy any skills even tho i have 2 points. i should note that the save originally was from the last version (barely was started) but it was a save that i overwrote into this current version. any tips/thoughts on this would be nice.

We are also working on a new UI to tell you what the friendship score is.
Can you provide your save file if there is no error log?
I have classes today but we have a lot of code monkeys in our community that can take a look if I'm unable to send it to the dev team in a timely manner.

Usually if you're still in the first season, the game doesn't allow you to purchase any other ability. I know it was mentioned by Professor Xavier and maybe Kurt, but you can only do it once you pass to the next season. If you have already finished all quests (I recommend you doing them all, even the optional ones, all content is great), you will have the option to proceed with the story when laying on the bed to sleep. Sometimes, the game also gives you this option by itself.

Loading a save from 0.3a where all girls were ok with polyamory, now they all eventually get pissed at each other
Funnily enough when I ask one what they think of another they'll just say "I'm glad you're dating her" but still get pissed 2 days later

Would you mind telling at which point current plot ends?
I remember playing it on first 0.3 or late 0.2 and I got softlocked on some quest bug, I feel like I went past it now, but there was not much content after that. Now I have no idea, if I encountered another bug (maybe due to loading older save?) or reached the actual end.
There's just too many variables with how the new system works and the old saves so unfortunately you're gonna run into quirky stuff like this. Not much we can do, but things should self-correct as you continue playing the game and raise stats.
There should be a message that pops up when you reach the end of main story content. The last main story event so far is the mob attack but there's still optional quests and more sandbox content to do after that. The chapter 1 finale will be coming soon :tm:
I cant wait for Storm to become available to date. I almost wish Chapter 2 will come already for that.

If you mean in the game as a whole, the finale of Chapter 5. Chapter 6 will have stories that couldn't fit in chapters 1 through 5 and, if we have the energy for it, a bridge into a sequel.
We have a lot of ideas on the cutting room floor that we hope to implement into chapter 6.
