It differed from writers but mutants normally went to a prison separate from other villains. Definitely separate from normal human villains who just use tech like Mysterio.

Also yes, those two Juggernauts are meant to be the same person.
That would be Leech.
He's much more entertaining in the comics and his power works differently than Null's.
Leech turns powers off by proximity.
(In the movies it looks like it's passive. Though in the comics he can control it.)
Null turns powers off based on their ability to hurt him.
Though he learns to turn this on and off while training with Jean. Allowing fun things like letting X-23 and Logan get drunk.
Leech can only turn off Cyclops' ability to shoot an optic blast if Cyclops is near him.

I'll find a way of getting this in the game.
Make it so that, if you encouraged Laura stalking you and you lock the door, she'll appear in your bedroom in the morning. Make the dialogue a random choice between:
Null: How-- The door was locked!
Laura, showing her claws: "Lock pick."
Null: Clever girl...
and
Null: How did you get in?!?
Laura grins: "You would know if you've had to hunt your own prey. Life finds a way."
Null and Laura are on a date that gets crashed by thugs, Laura proceeds to unleash hell on them.
