not sure if this has been asked but:
1: how do i increase friendship between Jean and the other girls?
2: while i have a hotkey for the remote vibrator, i can't seem to interact with the remote..how is this supposed to work?

Despite me making a The Graduate reference (of which I'm disappointed that no one got), Storm doesn't really give off that kind of vibe to me, at least not RLE's version, and Halle Berry's version is only just a 'maybe'.

Let us here rather speculate for entertainment meanwhile.
DLC girls sounds good that are most likely not part of the main story but still get enough attention with typical side quests and general activity like anyone else.
The list of possible candidates is pretty long as far as I have once checked:

Chapter 5 and 6 girls sounds like 4-5 years in the future, but as already mentioned somewhere here, if the basic stuff is completed, everything else should hopefully get released faster. Can't wait for all this.

You only have to msg them all to come to your current location when in class. After a while, this shouldn't take so much time clicking rapidly through the phone options.
2. AFAIR you have make the girls wear the vibrator in the wardrobe menu at first. Then you can toy around with its remote in the phone menu. It takes a while until it affects the girls, but I haven't tested this much yet.

To avoid burn out and delaying things we've capped the amount of girls added per chapter to three. Chapter 3 specifically would add around five or six potentials for inclusion.
Our plan is to eventually add them in as fully romancable girls once we free up the time to do so.
I'm not sure to what extent, like if they'll be silhouettes(Like Cecilia) or if they'll be low detailed(Like some background NPCs) but they'll still be involved in the main plot. They just won't be in the sandbox and Null won't be directly interacting with them until we add them in later.
Girls can, and looking at the writing channel, will show up as previews in a similar manner to how Storm is right now.
Next major update should introduce a lot more ways to increase friendship. If we have the time we may potentially get the first "bro hangout" that I know a lot of people have been looking forward to.

Clearly I need to check the discord more often then I do right now
I've tested this in my second run with only like 6 pool visits while visiting class about 12 w. Jean and 20 times in total w. Rogue and Laura together until everyone was maxed (R&L: Best, Jean: Good)

The pool will certainly gain more attractiveness with the achievement shop in v6.0, so no reason to totally refrain from swimming. Sunbathing doesn't seem to have any achievements yet. I speculate with some new bathing suit unlocks.

Will Love and Lust caps keep going up with each new year? Or are we basically ignoring the old girls for the new girls each year? I really hope we don't have to keep asking each member of our harem for permission to date every single new girl. It would be nice to just establish a baseline that I'm going to keep banging more and more girls and you need to accept that because you're in a harem game.

I think it's an event that only fires on a weekday, if you slept alone in your own bed the night before, and you didn't piss Jean off by flirting or dating the other girls without already having an agreement on it (so no angry/sad/etc modifier emoji in the relationship tab).
