I'm not a UI designer, but if I had to make suggestions*:
Familiarity could be better.
The edit text field doesn't visually resemble the edit text field first introduced to the player when entering their name for Null at the start of the game (this isn't "wrong", but if there is inconsistency then it's not safe to assume the player would already recognise what an editable text field looks like; and since that field was at the very start there's a high chance they were paying attention and could remember it).
The UI flow through desired steps doesn't closely resemble the UI interactions for eg navigating the map, clicking on a girl, the fooling around interactions or the phone navigation. So it's both a lot of interactive fields at once and doesn't leverage what the player has already learned and practiced to make going through those interactions smoother.
Readability could be better.
The non-interactive fields (where you can't edit text) look at a glance very similar to the interactive fields (where you can put in the name of the outfit) when it'd be helpful if they were distinctive (even if only a little distinctive).
Parts of the screen that aren't relevant for decision making in the costume creation process don't become less prominent when in "edit mode" (eg they don't get slightly dimmer or shaded) so when "edit mode" is activated it doesn't visually reduce the number of elements someone using edit mode for the first time would interacting with to only the relevant ones.
Complexity right now could be reduced
The first time a player uses this screen, they're given ALL the options at once. Complexity is pretty high, maybe even maximal. There isn't (for example) an event in the first season where they get a tutorial with the season field is removed (as seasons hasn't been introduced as a mechanic yet anyway, making it irrelevant; and in turn allowing the player access to the editor with fewer options) and only when next season rolls on that the field is added (meaning there's an easier learning curve and maybe even anticipation to how much depth the dress ups can have).
UI design is an art and this is all my best guess. If anything I say contradicts what a paid pro would do, fling this post into a bin and wash your hands after.
