I like the concept of Laura fillling you with bite marks and scratches just to mark her territory, so when Null walks around with hickey and nail marks, everyone knows WHO put them there.
Knowing the people that created her, i wouldnt put it past them to float that idea around to have her pull a 'nam style assesination on her targets.

That's a nice idea. Because it also does not necessarily have to be visualized, but "only" commented spoken text, e.g. when showering with others after training in the danger room or together at the swimmin pool. It can also be nicely accented from each way the character is behaving to Null in general or by their relationship to him and to Laura...
Longshot feature request:
I was thinking more along the lines of
Logans claws coming out when he's asleep makes sense if muscle tension is holding them in and he relaxes when asleep, though I imagine the neutral position would be closed rather than open. Opening them during a nightmare absolutely makes sense. A fun idea would be that he or Laura wears gloves or pool noodles around the claws when going to bed to avoid damaging the place... you know, like a RESPONSIBLE superhero with hand based powers would.
