I really hope when they introduce Scott to Null he's not unlikable, I know there's X-Men media like the fox movies that like to shit on Scott and make him look bad, but I'm really hoping the dev's for this game don't take that route for him.

The team really only has a collective hatred of Havok and Hawkeye for GENUINE dirtbags to their partners.

I love that you guys are giving Cyclops the due respect he deserves and I honestly still think Havok is cool as well, though I've learnt to accept the team's collective opinion there. Hopefully Scott will eventually show up in TNH proper and we can be bros with him like Nightcrawler. However, wondering about your opinion of Hawkeye a little bit. Correct me if I'm wrong, since I've not yet read West Coast Avengers myself, but as I've heard it, the reason the Hawkeye/Mockingbird relationship broke down was because Mockingbird killed (or at least refused to save) her rapist, the Phantom Rider. Hawkeye was irrationally angry about the murder, not the fact that she'd been kidnapped and drugged by a ghostly cowboy stalker. I'm not aware of Hawkeye having cheated on Mockingbird during their marriage, nor Hawkeye ever accusing her of cheating on him during WCA – unless you're referring to the brief Mockingbird solo series from 2015, which did a major retcon by bizarrely trying to claim everything that happened between Mockingbird and Phantom Rider was "actually" a consensual extramarital affair and Hawkeye apparently just somehow deluded himself into believing his wife was raped.

Very true. Jean in this is very forward and likes her teasing play. Scott if I remember right early on had self confidence and self-doubting issues with all his responsibility so he probably sees this from her as constantly attacking or belittling him. And Jean being Jean took it as ego inflation and an inability to lighten up...Well, she is somewhat right on the second point at least.

I always saw Scott as a guy always put in situations he wasn't fully equipped to deal with but is forced to do so, whatever the consequences may be and however bad he may look dealing with it. Kind of digs at him after a while a few times.
