They're gonna get the dick either way, no reason they can't get it and stay broken.I get what you are going for but lets both be honest, this is a porn game. People WANT to fix the girls with dick.

That sounds so terrible. They're gonna get the dick either way, no reason they can't get it and stay broken.
Null might be adding more problems than he's fixing with the dicking, seeing how thirsty the girls can get in some of their texts.I get what you are going for but lets both be honest, this is a porn game. People WANT to fix the girls with dick.
Tried this IRL , led to a stalker problem , younger dumb me only saw tight pussy , not worth itPeople WANT to fix the girls with dick.
I tend to agree. The writing for the game and it's overall story so far atleast has been really well done. There is a uniqueness to each of the characters that makes them truly unique. As I have gotten a tad older from my semi younger days, I started to care more about the story and how well crafted characters are now adays rather than just how sexy the latest lewd scene might be. With AVNs it's "hard" to really cultivate stories and characters to be special on their character and actions/behavion alone when the general expectation is naturally the sex side of things.Imma keep repeating this again and again but the writer / writers for TNH is running circles around what marvel are currently doing and or have done so in the past 10 + years or so , i guess that's the difference between people doing it simply for a paycheck and passion
There are various interactions in the game where this is very evident

All the melodrama , self inserts and kinks in the world can't substitute for good writing , this is just a small example of many instances like this in the game , being stuck in the AVN genre ik most people won't try to appreciate this aspect of the game but for the ones that like investing themselves in the story and characters appreciate the care that's went into the writing
Heck even aspects like the dirty talk are done a 1000 times better than what we get with most AVNs and it feels like what actual people would say and react instead of how it's show in others games which just makes you cringe tbh
I haven't made this point yet, but this games approach to character development is what sets it apart from the mess of other AVNs. Even down to their apporach on things like consent with encouraging their individiual kinks or expressing being uncomfortable with some of them, even in the sex animations when going for faster paces of anal for example and the girls say no they can't do that yet (i know this is partly a gameplay feature) is great writing that some people will overlook. TNH devs continuing down this route in my eyes at least can only be a positive thing for the game. There are various interactions in the game where this is very evident

Absolutley, the older i get the more i focus on how much care has been placed into a story and it's characters, rather than go here and fuck this or that.As I have gotten a tad older from my semi younger days, I started to care more about the story and how well crafted characters are now adays rather than just how sexy the latest lewd scene might be.
I really, really like this scene, everyone comes out better from it, Laura opens up, Rogue gets appreciated for being such a nice girl, and they just acknowledge the fact that you helped them connect, but their own relationship its their own.Imma keep repeating this again and again but the writer / writers for TNH is running circles around what marvel are currently doing and or have done so in the past 10 + years or so , i guess that's the difference between people doing it simply for a paycheck and passion

That's actually one of the scenes I'm most proud of writing. It's Laura's 'season one finale', since it's the culmination of her arc so far, but also Rogue's in a way, and I wanted to make something that would make people smile, since both of their stories tend to be heavy on the bitter side of things (which is entirely deliberate). To counter that, I wanted something simple and quiet and, well, human, that shows how far both of them have come since the beginning of the game. Also, something that I've not seen anyone mention, that's the point where she starts using contractions in her speech, going along with her opening up to others. She doesn't use them all the time, but it's a start. So thanks for the kind words.Imma keep repeating this again and again but the writer / writers for TNH is running circles around what marvel are currently doing and or have done so in the past 10 + years or so , i guess that's the difference between people doing it simply for a paycheck and passion

I don't mind people wanting a good fap session from AVNs , i mean that's the primary reason 99 % of the people play them but just like you i want something a bit more from them , maybe in terms of setup , characters , scenarios and whatever else in between and TNH provides that in spadesI haven't made this point yet, but this games approach to character development is what sets it apart from the mess of other AVNs. Ackshually, Shinny mentioned that a deadpool cameo isnt out of the question, since he first showed up in '91.Wow it's been really warm and fuzzy today. Like Colossus and Deadpool in the movies.
Speaking of, it's too bad there probably won't be a Deadpool cameo so the devs can poke fun at themselves. Lot's of potential for someone being aware they are in a lewd game.
X-men and Deadpool didn't cross paths too much until stuff with Cable if I remember but that is long after when Onslaught was released.
True. Now that I think about it he had stuff with X-Force obviously so I guess it depends on how they want to deal with that.Ackshually, Shinny mentioned that a deadpool cameo isnt out of the question, since he first showed up in '91.
If everyone already knows, why do you need to say it?The problem is, what you're suggesting is the to tell the same story I'm suggesting...but you want to censor/remove specific words. Even if you don't say "Britain" and "Japan", everyone will still know because people already know the character.
So all the directors, game makers, writers and artists going "Show me, don't tell me." is doing clumsy writing? It would be no more effective than telling a child to say "darn" instead of "damn", "butt" instead of "ass", or "poop" instead of "shit". It's just pointless and honestly probably a very clumsy way to write.
Man I don't know where you got caught up on "needing to say things".If everyone already knows, why do you need to say it?

I was even thinking about this as I was falling asleep. It could even be a running gag. Null enters her room. He noticed a framed picture of a blonde woman and a red-head man.
Null: "Who are these?"
Psylocke: "My parents?"
*Null does double take.* Null: "What?"
Psylocke: "What?"
Null: "Aren't you Japanese?"
Psylocke: "Well, if you must know--"
*Alarm goes off*
Psylocke: "Looks like there's trouble, we'll talk about this later." *runs off*
Null goes to Jean. "Did you know Psylocke's parents aren't Japanese?"
Jean: "Yeah. And?"
Null: "But, isn't she--"
Jean: "I don't think it's very polite to dig into her past like that" *Jean turns and walks away*
Null goes to Rogue looking confused.
Rogue: "What's wrong, sugah?"
Null: "I'm just really confused."
Rogue: "About what?"
Null: "Psylocke. Her parents look nothing like her."
Rogue: "And?"
Null: "Doesn't that seem odd?"
Rogue: "Family comes in all shapes and sizes. Mine didn't look like me either. And everyone has a secret or two in their past. I'm in no position to judge."
