I'd still say Laura is physically stronger and faster due to her regen being way better; she can exert more force with less consequence, and her body is adapted to it from birth, while Null needs to drain multiple sources to achieve that, and his regen is nowhere near as good. Not sure on this one. He got the enhanced physical abilities bundled with the regen, so I assume they are about as strong as hers. I'd say at the moment it's a matter of a lack of comparable physical conditioning that sets them apart.
Null will get stronger and more skilled in time.
I think his power gain might be slower from now on. It took some extreme circumstances to develop powers, and we've seen that life or death doesn't automatically mean a power will develop or one that is immediately useful. He still has room to grow. Maybe copying Dazzlers sound to light conversion for ranged or something.
I know what he wants the most is the ability to fly. I can see him being desperate trying to see if he can will himself to mimic Storm's power so he can.
Right now baby Null is done with his initial training and is about ready to be handheld through his first missions, so we'll see if he gets some hardware. Hard to get things geared around your powers when they keep evolving.
Unfortunately, I've never read the Clone Saga.By the way, how do you think Clone Saga works out in this one since Gwen doesn't die in this universe? I guess Jackal jumps straight to doing the Peter clone.
Same, and I hope we can get some BAMF dolls in the future to keep and gift. Everyone needs a little Kurt in their lives. That is adorable, I hope Boots manages to convince the team to put it in if Kurt's room becomes a thing.
I'm trying to figure out why on earth the Shadow King would be even remotely interested in Null, even masquerading as his professor for an unknown amount of time. He can't tell what someone's mutant power would be, and he didn't even know what Null's power was when he caught Null! How did he even know Null would be a mutant in the first place? Did he know? The amount of effort he used alone was unusual; the Shadow King seemed obsessed with Null, so there was probably a damn good reason for it that we aren't privy to yet.I honestly really don't want for Null's identity to be revealed as Legion or a Super-Skrull with amnesia later on.
I'd much prefer for Null to just be someone who only exists within the Earth-69 Universe and its offshoots and nothing more; it's the multiverse after all.
I still maintain that the shadow king running into Null and accidentaly awakening his X gene was pure coincidence, BUT, and this is a but almost as big as Rogue's, WHY was Null studying there? how did Xavier react so quickly to pull him out of there?I'm trying to figure out why on earth the Shadow King would be even remotely interested in Null, even masquerading as his professor for an unknown amount of time. I don't think he really was. Going by what was in the news report, it makes sense that he was brainwashing people into doing his dirty work. What better place to find new pawns to manipulate than a school/university? Null just so happened to piss him off, which I believe lead him to drop his guard and allow Xavier to find him. Discovering Null just so happened as a result.I'm trying to figure out why on earth the Shadow King would be even remotely interested in Null
I always replay from the start with every new patch, so I double-checked the scene: Farouk wasn't attacking Null when he first developed his power; it happened while Null was watching the news. Farouk only began trying to seize Null when he was alone.I still maintain that the shadow king running into Null and accidentaly awakening his X gene was pure coincidence, BUT, and this is a but almost as big as Rogue's, WHY was Null studying there? how did Xavier react so quickly to pull him out of there?
I think Chuck knows way more about the boy than the boy knows about himself, i think this is a Denton brothers like scenario.
Except that Farouk has no need to be a professor at a university to find suitable puppets. He is insanely powerful and could have mind-controlled that entire lecture hall with zero effort on day 1, and yet, for some unexplained reason, he decided to stick around and be a professor instead of doing what he usually does and hole up somewhere to live in luxury and leisure. Why? Why go through the effort? If he had a grudge against Null after he'd just have him shot, but he went through the entire effort to mind-control the X-Men and kidnap Null specifically to use as a host, despite having no idea what his powers were.I don't think he really was. Is that the case?I always replay from the start with every new patch, so I double-checked the scene: Farouk wasn't attacking Null when he first developed his power; it happened while Null was watching the news. Farouk only began trying to seize Null when he was alone.
Of course, we all have to remember the ultimate rule:I'd still say Laura is physically stronger and faster due to her regen being way better; she can exert more force with less consequence, and her body is adapted to it from birth, while Null needs to drain multiple sources to achieve that, and his regen is nowhere near as good.
Always the safe bet to assume.I think Chuck knows way more about the boy than the boy knows about himself
The attack happened afterwards. During a training session with Jean, the characters also specifically bring up that it developed as a result of watching the news and not Farouk's attack. Is that the case?
I always saw it as Farouk started attacking Null mentally when he got pissed because Null was staring at the news instead of paying attention and then mouthed him off.

Incorrect, aunt may is supremeOf course, we all have to remember the ultimate rule:
How powerful somebody's powers are depends on whatever the writer wants at a particular moment.![]()
It's why Legion is my first guess because of how similar it is to Legion's power albiet much weaker. Maybe that's a hint as to what happened?I mentioned it before, but Null's powers thus far have flared up whenever he's "inspired". To me it seems like directed evolution, but more will be revealed on Null later I'm sure to clear up the exact nature.
Plot twist: he's one of Magnetos little bastardsIt's why Legion is my first guess because of how similar it is to Legion's power albiet much weaker. Maybe that's a hint as to what happened?
Charles has at least some of the answers, but obviously, we won't find out what those are until the story progresses.

I'm pretty sure the devs have a " no Ultimate Wanda" clause for Patreon reasons
Oh, brother!
Just call Juggernaut and he'll show Null how he can fly.I do expect flight powers at some point, but it might not be the most convenient form of flight
Hes gonna get fastball special'd by Juggy?!Just call Juggernaut and he'll show Null how he can fly.
but it might not be the most convenient form of flight
