I have indeed been busy with a new job! I'm still trucking away in the background on this, but I shut down the patreon because I don't need the money and I didn't feel 100% right getting money off the backs of the talented folks appearing in the porn.
Like, I'm not using anything hidden behind a paywall- you could find all these clips pretty easily- but it still feels morally wonky to charge for someone else's sex work.
New expected date for v03 is probably end of March.
Finally a honest game developer.Thank you for being honest.
If you don't mind me asking, how goes the next update? will we be seeing it soon or is development still far off? Don't take this as me rushing you Scrungly, please take your time and release it when your ready but i am curious.

So what happened? Why is this tagged as abandoned? Is Scrungly no longer working on this? If not then sad.

I believe ScrunglyAlleyCat was just too busy.
Not sure...but I think graduating from University....
Getting a new job that kept him/her extra busy
And other life changes.
All just took up too much time to work on The Nursing Home and allow a life.

So, anyway...
ScrunglyAlleyCat did a fantastic job on The Nursing Home and I'm very
appreciateive of all his efforts/accomplishments with it.
I'm not aware of another game around here with content like this and I
thought it is/was really great.
(If there is, then please post it! Thanx)
Thanks to the Developer for not being a douche and trying to stretch
things out for the next year like takeing money from folks when the
game might not have continued as well as being decent on this forum
to everyone.
If there are any leftover parts of the game it might be fun to see them?
But Mainly:
Hope all goes well irl and Have A Good One

I agree with this. Content like this is rare for the site, it was a welcome change and enjoyable. Scrungly tired and did well in my opinion, they did everything i feel a developer should do and be when making a game. They were open about what they were doing, how they were going and when they didn't need it they shut down the patreon so they aren't just taking money for the sake of money.
Even though it ended silently it was still a good time to have and this game will be saved on my hard drives. If Scrungly sees this, thanks for the game and the work you put into it.
