I understand your point and I agree most of it but I will correct this:
CP77 was restarted devolbement in 2016.
And TES6 hasn’t started developing right after Skyrim but Fallout 4 and then Starfield or if you mean pre-development then on the games and movies side it may take years before the game/movie goes into production.
Most of VN game devs alone need to create itself renders, story and test the game before release.
Guys, guys, I know you're frustrated about the slow development (as am I) but the update will be done...well...when it's done. I, personally, don't think it will be done (as some of you say) in nov/dec. We have to take into account all manner of things (from personal stuff that may be going on in his life, to others that he has no control over; i.e. slow render time and other tech-wiz-mambojabo). I say that we should be patience and show Damage Coda a little support, because, even though it took longer than expected, he's still busting his ass trying to release the update.
I personally don't see anywhere damaged wrote that it will / may be in Nov / Dec. Unless this was from his patreon directly, its just random ppl flaming for no reason.
He already stated hes not charging after June due to late delay which is sincere enough in my opinion. What more can you ask apart from giving him a bit more space and let him do what he needs to do

Stop complaining, just give the dev some time, he's already sincerely apologize, instead of playing porn game how about play real game, there's is a lot of games out there, PC, PlayStation, Nintendo, XBOX just choose what you want instead of whining like a baby

Stop sucking his dick ffs. The update was supposed to be out by May 15th. We are approaching the end of June now. I was his patreon for couple of months now but when he posted all that "if i don't release it by the end of June, i will pause billing cycle" drama, i opted out. FFS, You are responsible for the quality content and discipline if you've people paying you every month. This is not even a 15 day delay. It will be 2 months.

- 90% Renders are complete. Only the last 10% and a few broken renders which needs to be fixed are left.
- I will be posting the sneak peak as soon as I finish with the post processing . Shouldn’t take more than 2-3 days since there are tons of renders to process.
- Important notice : Please do not unsubscribe because I will pause the billing cycle today. You won’t be charged on the first of July and you all will have access to the update this month without paying anything extra.

Oh boy another one, who doesn't know the difference between paying and supporting someone. You didn't pay him for his work, you supported him developing a game.
Those few bucks you supported him for a few months are peanuts compare to what an artist as freelancer can charge you for commission work. A good price is between $80 - $100 per render!

At last the Dev will pause the billing cycle what makes him a lot more sympathetic than the oher Devs that delay they'r updates too

80-100 per render? No offense, but a whole AAA game costs 15 dollars after a year on steam.
