Imagine getting so a angry about the delay of a porn game you probably never spent a single cent on that you rage in a porn forum like a lunatic. I dont wanna know whats going on in the heads of some of the people here.
No need to know when you can literally read them. I personally will never moan about the work I dont support financially.
In any case I will always hold on judgements until the update is out(on any game here). I dont think DC will turn out to be another Icstor(now that man is a textbook definition of a scammer), but stranger things happened soo....if that happens reviews are our best weapon, if not give the man the deserved support with a review. It is really that simple.

Well I do agree that crying and whining is not right and lame. But you are kinda doing the same thing by replying to them, you are just on the other side of things white knighting the dev. So, I mean get off your High horse, with all due respect.

I kinda have to disagree with you. Some posts here can be seen as bullying. Now I want to ask you, how you would handle such a situation in public?

A: Ignoring it, because it's non of your business?

B: Call the bullies out?

Yeah, because calling out a bunch of loosers who rage, insult and defame someone as a tough guy group on online forums over a product they 99% of the time consume for free is "wHiTe kNiGhTiNg".

You can criticize devs without calling for their bans (lol), calling them scammers and other deflamatory stuff, especially in this case. Criticising and questioning a dev has nothing to do with insulting him.

I already posted the explanation. Damage wasn't happy with the dialogues and told the writer to rewrite them. Same as you the writer has a full-time job and works on the dialogues during his free time.
and didn't he know it would take more than 5 days? why did he say before August 20th?

I apologize for my questions, but I don't understand the way to work and organize.

Apparently he didn't know that the writer needs that much time. Eg. I once wrote half of an update myself (different game) and I struggled a lot and it took me over a week to finish a single scene (one scene had ~400 renders), while another writer had no problem to finish an entire scene in a few hours (fastest writer I ever saw).

As I mentioned in one of my post before: Artist are the worst planner. They often don't think outside of their own box and think every other task can be done in the matter of a few hours. Which isn't true. And I'm speaking out of experience. Just look at Stoper. He has the same bad planning and organisation skills as Damage.

Normally, I don't involve myself in threads, and I honestly don't care much about what is said here. But this is what I see in this thread

And it's concerning.

Still, everyone here who doesn't pay for the game has no right to complain. Friendly reminder, you are pirating paid content.
People like to act as if this forum doesn't act as an advertisement platform and a lot if not most Patrons are acquired via F95. Just be smart about who you support and a quick search on most threads will tell you what to support and what to stay away from.

This thread became another Lust for Patreon's AWAM.. same topic with same arguments going again and again.. few dozens page before itself someone told Delay is not the problem, Promise is.. you shouldn't make the promise you can't keep.. in my field if Im going to deliver something I will always say a date far away from the date I believe I will finish the work.. I think everyone does the same.. so stop crying about non Patreons. Non Patreons here are Patreons to someone who delivers the promise..

P.S: Not a Native English speaker

Yes, and I don't condone that at all, I find it 'lame' unconstructive and detrimental I already mentioned this in a previous post, but I think some amount of criticism is warranted, even on this forum, because a developer does get most of his patrons from here, and no one can deny that. So, the delay is not the problem here, I do understand the factors that may have effected the development process especially during these times, and I sympathise with the dev on that, but the issue here is that the dev cannot stick to his deadlines, which are set by him, and is not forced upon him and other than that all other games recieve the same backlash when this kind of thing happens, so this game is nothing special, and deserves its fair share of criticism for not sticking to deadlines, and delaying the game, when you have already publicly posted about it being complete and its immediate release. This unfortunately makes the dev a bit disingenuous and shows lack of commitment, that does not mean he deserves vile, personal insults spewed by some people here, and they should be called out 100%. But, I have seen people go after peeps who are just expressing their dissatisfaction and comparing this situation to other games in the past, which I think is a valid comparison in most cases, now this means (not really white knighting) blindly supporting the dev and not seeing his professional flaws, which I do not like.
So, yes the dev is answerable to a certain extent about his actions on this forum too(there I said it). because this is his potential audience and yes certain criticism is also warranted if said actions are not satisfactory. So people fearing another scam at this point of time, is not unwarranted and not at all bullying. I wanted to become a patron after playing the last update,(I really wanted to, not capping) but I decided against it, because of this situation, and this is not an isolated incident sadly. I have never posted anything remotely toxic against the dev, but I will always criticise his lack of commitment.
Hope Ive made myself clear.
