Yes, And to be honest, it was already possible since 1.0.5.0 xD if you couldn't i am pretty sure u were making some mistakes
To save you have 2 option:
1. Useing the Cheat Menu (by pressing ENTER on your keyboard)
2. Build a Shelter, or a bed, and just use it to save your progress
The differences between those 2, are basically that
If you use CHEAT MENU u can save anywhere, whenever you want.
If you use the bed, you always have to go back to your bad/shelter to save, so.... it's not practical but still... it's a way to save your progress

when I am in my base, or just hang around, build or so I set the game on max., I get around 25-30 fps with some drops, which is OK if there is no action, when I am going to loot or explore I set it up between medium and high, so I get around 40 fps

I had a similar problem. If you played an older version of the game, then the problem is in the name of the savegame directory. Go to C:\Users\"User Name"\AppData\Local\TheParasites\Saved\SaveGames and there should be two savegame directories, SaveServer and SaveServer_bak0. If they don't have this name, you need to rename them. Older versions of the game saved the game in the MySaveGame and MySaveGame_bak0 directories. In my case, renaming helped and the game already loaded my complete save.
I know it's probably been 2 month or so, but how do you make this smithery? In my building book, I only see normal workbench. Do I need to research something first to unlock smithery?About the crash yeah, there's already planty of reports on the specific section in his Discord Server, i hope a fix will came out soon.
For the buildings, the "Smithy" is like a Workbench but lv 2, where you can craft items more "elaborated" more... complicated and advanced
AND... that's where you can eventually Craft the Hacksaw (in case you didnt find it already by roaming around the map)
the "Horne Smelter" is where you can smelt the Iron Ore/tin can Food in to iron bar, thats the one you will look for to craft more complicated stuff, and ofc, find the 2 slaves will be already challenging (not to mention the transport to your base if they are friking far xD)
About the Solar Battery, yes also this one need slaves but... this is for a really endgame content, i suggest you to go step by step, dont rush it or cheat it, since it will ruin your fun.
About the Trees clipping on the ground, also there's been already a few reports, but if you stay under them when the tree is going down, your death is just your fault here Ahaha Accept it and go ahead Ahahahah (We can call it Destiny/Karma
For the Food Poisoning, it is written in the Patchnote that the more u puke, the faster the character will heal from food poisoning.
Honestly i never had that problem cuz i always eat healty ingame Since the begiggnin ahaha
Never drink polluted water, always boil it first, but sometimes people get bugged on dissease, poison and food poison so... be carefull cuz if u never heal from that, there is an haigh chance that you save has been corrupted/bugged and you will never heal xD (often happen when you use cheat, or at least that's what i noticed by my experience ingame with over +220h gameplay)

If it's dead (without the head), walking around, you just need to put a head on him (you can craft that it),
If it got killed, you can't revive it, just hit with an axe to turn it in to pieces.
You lost your salve, make sure to protect them more... they are like your child, not your weapon Ahaha xD

1° you need to lay on a bed/sofa while having it in your inventory
2° If her mood isnt Happy or Neutral, she wont use it, same if her energy (sleep) isnt high enough.
I'm pressing enter but the cheat menu doesn't appear for meActually you can do it via using the cheat menu, you can make day longer (or shorter) and night last longer (and shorter), just press ENTER to open the cheat menu, and do it

Anybody knows how to feed and heal a horse? In theory when I drag bandage to the slot it turns green, but nothing happens.
Same with water and meat slots... Also, is standard quiver working for you? I made some arrows but I can't put them in...
Update: I fixed quiver problem by scraping the old one and making a new.

I found how to fix the 'baked textures' issue that people and myself were having. Press Windows + R and type "%localappdata%", Find a folder named "TheParasites", open it and then open "Saved". Delete everything in this folder EXCEPT a folder named "SaveGames". Back out of this folder and delete any other folders that are nestled underneath the "TheParasites" folder. This method might delete your savegames, but it fixes the graphical errors.

It worked for me for just a split moment, then it went right back to baked textures.
This game is hella buggy but for now I'm just gonna enjoy it
