Yes, there is an ingame cheat menu. It's easy to access from the Pause Menu. You can spawn objects or zombies, and you can even edit the map, but I couldn't find anything about H-

(at, cs, de, en, es, fi, fr, hu, it, ja, ko, nl, pl, pt, ru, sv, th, tr, uk, zh, zh-hans)
