Imagine making a game, with actual gameplay and it's good. I'm sure over time there will be more lewd stuff added, but that's just the icing on the cake for me.

Far from it, the dev went from very little people knowing or subscribing to the game to lots of people subscribing, so it would be foolish to kill it. Updates take awhile, because there is only one person working on it.

The 0.1.2.3.2.5 files here are corrupt with a data error in the archive as reported by programs like 7zip or unrar. There is one damaged file in the archive, Windows/TheParasites/Content/Paks/TheParasites-Windows.pak file. The version on lewdgames.to doesn't have this corruption and the pak file is 15 GB vs the 12 GB version found in the damaged archive.

Well. If you looks at the majority of games posted on this site. It normal most people come here probably expect a lot of sex.
This game doesn't even mean to have NSFW at the begining of development. Only nudity. The dev only added some mastubration animations later because people keep asking for NSFW stuff. So if anyone come here expect sex then this game is not for you. Go play Delta Zone, Yuna, MudBlood, Silicon Lust and many other on this site.

Heh, I actually play Yuna without H-mode, so almost no sex scenes for me, and it's still good.
Delta Zone - not sure there is much to play anyway...

I'd love to see more good games that were games first and had sex/nudity as an added bonus, like this one. I'm a sucker for the survival/crafting genre though.

tho i pretty sure last time i check game still in this 0.25 version guessss i wait another year or something and check back here and big bummer for no sax. it like side dish in ur game tho this leave me puzzle even more. Why there is no porn open world game with actual survival gameplay with simple stuff like live with girl (not include Japan one) and more girls? maybe with simple mystery of finding out what going on and how u end up here and why more girls appear etc.

It's crazy people haven't thought of making a game, with gameplay that is enjoyable first and adding the sexual content after the foundation of the game has been laid. There are several other games like this out there. I watch Dissonance's channel on Youtube and Sergeant Kelvin, they regularly play games like this one. I think Rab-Bit is doing a great job so far, but being a solo dev is a big task, so we just have to let him cook.

Well, there kind of is. With mods though, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Conan Exiles can have sex mod. The latter is much better, because you can actually build your own house/base.
I'm waiting for SCUM to have mod support, that game already have nudity. Not to mention there's piss and poop features too, just waiting for that mod support to get a pass and hopefully the sex mod would be rolling in.
I wish InZOI would have a proper sex and pregnancy features (the vanilla is just like The Sims, so it's ass), so far we only got nudity mod. But now waiting on that sex mod and hopefully a proper pregnancy mod as well, pretty much all of the games require mods to be better. Because they want to be greenlit to get more sales from wider audience of gamers, if they fully do sexual content half of the gamers might not be interested.
The only vanilla games that comes to my mind that you can live and have sex with girls is from only one company, that's Illusion Soft. Their games like Honey Select series, AI Shoujo, Room Girl and etc. But I guess AI Shoujo is the only one that come close (but still not 100%) to your description, because you can roam around a small island with your girls. But yeah, still pretty much lacking on the large open-world map and survival type of deal.
