Yes. Also, just a piece of advice, Japanese VNs usually have their galleries available online so you can just look those up to see if there's a harem ending involving pregnancy. Will be faster/more reliable than counting on a quick reply here.

Despite what the cover may imply, this is actually a vanilla game with harem elements with no monster rape or NTR. At least I didn't notice anything of the sort when I played it years ago.
