YAOI / Gay games focus on Dicks (audiences don't wanna see Tits / Pussy), Hetero / Lesbian games focus on Booba and Vagina (they are not interested in Penis);
And this game doesn't looks like a Bi-sexual one, that's why I'm confused.

BTW Bestiality is a kink that can exist in any orientation, there's no conflict here...

I'm familiar with how genres work, yeah. Doesn't mean those genres can't have "side content". There's plenty hetero porn with lesbian/gay minor focus, for example.
But this game is definately "bisexual", with a heavy focus on gay content. MC considers himself straight, has a gf at the start(they break up later) and thinks to himself about her boobs and how great their sexual chemistry is. But later he has to deal witt male patients and fuck them. The nurse only has a very minor focus.

TL;DR: this dev's games aren't serious and don't need to be evaluted so strictly. I mentioned bestiality because it's a part of dark humor and randomness which made this dev famous in the first place.

If you like sadistic bastard Dommy MC's in yaoi, you can try Beyond Eden, Kitchiku Megane (as DOM Katsuya; I think there may be an English fan patch for this game by now, although if you know how to use a text hooker and translating program it's just as fun), and Absolute Obedience/Zettai Fukujuu Meirei (Jast USA made it in English, thought there's some shota content in that). If you haven't already.

I agree about Mada Labo stuff though! Hopefully they make more games in future.

Mada is great. I really like Hadaka Shitsuji, and will try Patient S Remedy too. But I dont advise anyone to buy it from STEAM, it is a miserable platform that sells censored content, if you want to buy it, buy it somewhere else.

I am editing the message to say that I just got my first ending in the game and I cried. It is a good game, but some routes are very sad.
