because the previous one, with all its evident flaws, was a small hidden gems
it's not a matter of NTR vs harem, nobody really care about it (apart from some trolls maybe)
the old game was poor written, redundant, with terrible animations, dependable drawing quality (just to list some of them) but managed to characterize one of the greatest MILF ever seen here
this one so far has kept all those issues ripping off what good used to be in the package
for someone who loved the previous one (and supported the dev) this is really frustrating

Is this game a continuation of the previous one? So the ntr of the previous game is not canon? I don't see it possible that Nayla is unfaithful to the MC of this game with the blond guy all scrawny

Go back and read the first part of this thread for all the answers you seek.
TL;DR The end of the first game tossed this situation 8 years before the original. Because of this the timeline of the first game ceased to exist. (Yes it's a bit of a paradox, go ask the dev).
So any actions that the PLAYERS CHOOSE the women to do in the first game are all erased and never happened. Anyone who complains the first game was NTR or the women were sluts basically choose those outcomes in that game, so it's basically complaining because the female characters acted like they choose them to do so... Which is sorta idiotic, but it is what it is. It's like the people who say "how dare I get in trouble for doing something illegal and I get caught!"

You might want to work on your reading comprehension a bit. it might have you less confused in life.Just so confusing. Why make this game a continuation of another game so thematically opposed to this?
First I thought it was a prequel, and what was the point of playing if we know that in the future the girls will all become involved with other men and even cheat on our MC?
But then the developer said this was actually a sequel of the first game, we just loop back in time, which makes things somehow worse?
This is basically what the dev has said:
1. The girls in the 'future game', the first one here, only do what the PLAYER CHOOSES them to do. So if they were sluts in that game, look in the mirror on the reason why.
2. The dev said the first game ending basically triggered this one, which threw the scenario back 8 years, which ERASED the original timeline. So nothing in the future, basically the original game, has happened and no guarantee it will happen.
If you're concerned that the women in the future will becomes sluts and whore then look to point 1, where the PLAYER chooses them to be that way in the original/prequel game, but since this is an entire new timeline there is no 'future' written yet for any of the characters, so any 'future' behaviors haven't happened and not assumed to happen.
She did that and she cheated on this MC, her boyfriend, a lot more from what I read in the other thread. Pretty sure nothing of that was avoidable, only Maeve scenes were avoidable.

Nope, this game time travel is more like a LOOP back in time, so all the previous game shit and baggage already happened.
Maeve is literally the same character that did a lot of stuff in the previous game.
Now she is in an important relationship for MC

I don't think the MC even exist in the prequel timeline. I would say the time of this game is totally another timeline where was affected by the crystals that split in different time. You can say this game is nearly entirely reboot with the same story background that the Dev did have a choice to make those slutty characters exist in prequel act completely opposite/different or even make some changes of their characters. However, some milf love interests still did have a son which may cause some unpleasant drama.
Of course, due to the same background and characters, some characters personality/uniqueness may have affected/even damaged because of the prequel. That is the problem that Dev unavoidably need to face.
