I've completed the horned girl and rabbit girl missions, and it said to activate the public mission. I've done that. So how do I trigger the beach festival event? For the horned girl route? For the ending, is there an NTR for the horned girl and how do I do it? I've been waiting for 3 months in the game, and there's no trigger for the beach festival event.
I think that is a bug, public event should be activatable only after you completed all 3 heroine routes. After completing all three routes and triggering public event you will see the purple effect mark near beach entrance stairs that triggers beach event and ending.
if you catchsome fish (fisher npc to left from beach entrance) give fish to penguin it will tell hints for public event.
The librarian girl has only 5 or 6 events but you can do them only 2 per week and you need 150 or so charm (cheat money, get the gold watch and brand clothes, get some expensive drinks from bar, getting101 strength is more annoying).
I did not replay for rest of the scenes, i got infuriated after several full runs leading to softlock or black screen morning bug so I only did the normal route, watched end and deleted it.
