You can extract .rgss3a files with RPG Maker Decrypter:

I played a long time ago I think with translation it was not yet complete but the game works 100% in joiplay I recommend you go to the official discord and asks what is happening with your game

Thanks for letting me know. Turns out there's some issue with the newer version of Joiplay/rpgm plugin. I installed v1.10 and the game's working now.
