Honestly, it's not like the game is all that long. You're likely to get that done twice over in the time it took anyone to reply.
Also a good opportunity to maybe try out different path while at it.

Coming back to this game from mid 2023, excited to get into more of the content, but thought I'd throw a question here- I don't mind spoilers either, so no worries there. Is there a sluttiest potential route, or order of choices that might allow for such?
Like, did the queen's ballroom visit where the old guy groped their ass, but then the butt grew a day later, so wondering if there's any noticeable text difference if ordered another way. Thanks for the game, had and having a lot of fun so far.

Generally the game has some small text variations to account for body parts which were modified and/or makeovers you might've picked, but it's mostly limited to different adjectives, people being a bit more convinced MC is a girl and such, and iirc that's the extent of it. Nothing earth shattering, since MC's changes are pretty small, all things considered.

I just wanted to take the time to extend by thanks to the dev, the usual cuckholding and force bi that now laces every game centered around feminization had almost killed my passion for it and this game rekindled it.

just a me thing. but i got so used to jacque's appearance already. but when i saw his new appearance i was like, huh ? who is this guy ? is he new? then i saw he was jacques and idk i just found it kind of erased my impressions and view of him now. like a completely new guy. the new princess art is pretty nice, i kind of always thought she was kind of small in general though. but i think shes as tall as the protagonist at the very beginning, so kind of tallish for a girl ? i know shes a tomboy and likes doing physical stuff. i havent seen any of the newer stuff yet. just wanted to share my thoughts with fellow enjoyers of the game =D . i love new evil monster guy's appearance btw. the queen's special guard guy, i forgot his name ='(, very interesting new look. i kind of saw him as tall and scrawny before XD

Well I'll be dammed! Having the adventurer background DID affect things. Was worried they were just flavor text at the beginning. Hopefully there will be more chances to be a hero.

That was my biggest complaint about this game (and truthfully it still somewhat is, as the other big days still lack any substantial referencing to the background). I'm hoping to get more options to show off our background as the story continues.
To be fair, there's currently ~150 checks for MC's background in the game, which alter various scenes to different degree. I suspect if the players don't notice it, this is largely because it's not telegraphed to them with some sort of "Hero Background Check: Passed" out-of-game notifications each time it happens.

True, but usually it’s just a line or two of dialogue that gets tweaked—if anything changes at all. I’d really like to see a few more scenes where the background has a chance to shine.
And while I’m airing my complaints, another thing that feels a bit off is when Simone asks what you want changed. That moment can be especially immersion-breaking during an involuntary playthrough.
Your character spends time talking about how much they hate the transformations, how it feels like they're losing a part of themselves—only to suddenly turn around and say, ‘Man, I hope it’s my junk that shrinks next. lol.
