funnily after defeating her the "usual" way the first time i chose spare and it was still as if i killed her.. unintended quirk? idk

Same here, no problem winning the poker game.
Only get scenes with Ellie (foot and chair), and kisses from the red head. Chloe, lyric and catalist didnt trigger any scene, am i missing something?

I won many 250$ games in a row so I don't think they're rigged. I do hope the poker game gets expanded, as in getting more scenes during games and the scenes affecting the game.

but after i accidentaly killed her she was crying with blood all smeared and she vanished

15, I achieved this by dumping all my levels into the healer class, and then I would just autoregen HP each round
Even after befriending her and losing in many ways I was still unable to access her "ask" dialogue so I am not sure if her scenes are viewable outside of combat
