There is another game that the same developer launched before this, which named as "Hontono Kimochi (True Feelings)".
And this game is almost just a carbon copy of that game, even heroine proportions of these two game almost identical. Same goes for blonde bull guy as well.
So yeah... A pretty below average NTR game apparently that brang money to developer so he decided to make another one. Nothing more, nothing less.

You call him better looking then the mc? First of all we never saw the mc, second of all that guy has mouth that looks like sucked 100s of cocks, his body isn't even that cute build, seen alot better athletic guys then him.
I'm very dissappointed about the ntr part, I expected it somewhat better, but it just another rapist ruining girls, I rather saw she falls for him and he make efford to prove he is better (By better I mean not only sex, but real husband material, if i was her, his balls would piss blood know, if know what i mean) then her boyfriend, but instead he shows how much of an ugly low life he is.

You have to look for SRPG or TRPG (Strategic/Tactical RPGs) NTR Hentai games. Those do that quite often. When an ally/heroine gets defeated, she gets kidnapped and turned and then appears as a subordinate corrupted underling to the antagonist. It's quite common in the Hentai strategic/tactical RPG genre nowadays! I also really love that trope. Can't really remember the names of ones I would recommend right now though but there are some above average ones, I still haven't found the Magnum Opus of that genre yet though.

Yeah, they are really common in SRPG NTR games. Harem Wars and Leane of Evil Blade does this trope really well as a punishment/pleasure for players. Now that I think of it, are there any games that has this premise but you play as the Netori guy.

Hey, it finally got uploaded here, and I see also they STILL haven't changed the wrong name "Ichito" on the store pages lol.
The latest version is 1.1 according to the steam patch but I have no idea what changed from 1.0.
This is a bit of personal bugbear, but Shimazu generally refers to Mahiru as "senpai" from what I can tell skimming through the original JP version.
Thanks to the localization I now have no idea when he's calling her "senpai" or actually calling her by name now.
