You're the one being repurposed. You can choose to be either a guy or a girl at the start, but you will always turn into a girl

Rule of thumb with HTML games that have the transformation tag, if it's a male MC then he will be changed into a woman and probably turned into a cum slut.

It's very, very rare you will be the one in charge in a game like this. Ren'py VN's usually have that kind of thing but these are usually male to female games.
