So this question from like 6 months ago never got answered, but as there's a state changer I'd kind of expect an explanation as to what the deal is so you can pick the thing that suits you. Probably in game too on the page where you encounter it at the end of chapter 1.

also what does "ntr state- easy, medium, hard" mean ? like the levels of how much she will cheat on cuck or cheat on you ? i got the cheating scene on pure luck lol

If you consider it cheating when the GF actually set it up, sure.
Save with the name "c4 cheating oblivious susprise hcoice.save" (typo lol) has it. Agree to the surprise and then keep going until next day when only Jade comes to your door.

Edit: oh you mean a whole route, I don't think there is a route specifically for that.

I get the idea each chapter has like a "Main Antagonist" of sorts, like the first chapter had the Rusty guy and to my knowledge he's the only one who can sleep with your girl in that chapter and he was black, I'm wondering what amount of those main antagonists are black dudes vs white dudes

i think its kinda balanced.She only fucks Rusty on the cuck route. The first time she can cheat is with Case.

This update is just a flashback with zero choices that sets up MC's ex-girlfriend, whom they will visit in the next episode. It's not worth the download. It's probably best to play 10 and 11 back-to-back.

Holy shit, the protagonist backstory really messed me up, it got me really depressed, my heart beating really fast, like an horror movie you know will end badly but you still want an happy ending. Now i'm actually invested in the protagonist, i can't play the NTR routes anymore, i want to see him happy. Hope there is more flashbacks for what happened after that.
